The team was always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests, adding to the overall experience. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return for another stay. Ocean View by Voye Homes at Varkala left much to be desired. We booked one room for two nights at ₹4600 per night for three people, but the stay was a huge letdown. Based on our travel experiences across India, the tariff should have been no more than ₹3500. There is no on-site restaurant or cafeteria, and the breakfast spread was terribly limited—just dosa and idli. While the rooms were clean, they were nothing beyond budget hotel standards. There wasn't even a cupboard in the room. To add to the disappointment, the location was quite isolated. We got deceived by the high Google reviews and glamorous photos. The price of ₹9200 too was achieved after negotiation. The ONLY GREAT THING was the friendly and helpful property host/manager. He was very cooperative and helpful. Wouldn't recommend staying here at all mainly because of the cost versus benefit.

Rooms are good and the villa is also fine. But its not exactly cliff facing, you've to walk for 250m and then you get an amazing view of the cliff. The caretaker was helpful and gave contacts for local auto walas and kayaking people. There's just the 4 rooms on the property and nothing else so you can go for chilling with a good group of friends, and if you take all 4 rooms you'd also get privacy.

My interaction with the staff and caretakers was positive, but the stay itself was disappointing. The accommodation consisted of 4 rooms, each meant for 4 guests, but the space was only sufficient for 2. They provided a single-sized mattress without any extra bedsheets or pillows. Additionally, the pillow covers were not clean, and there were no water bottles provided in the bedrooms. The photos they have in on their website, makemytrip, etc. Are totally deceive. The photos are either photo shopped or taken when the building was new.

Host Mr. Vijay was really helpful in difficult medical emergency. This place is close to all tourists spots. Solo, with friends or family I recommend this place ☺️

An excellent place to stay – clean, distinctive, with incredibly comfortable mattresses and tranquility. It's an ideal spot for relaxation while exploring the authentic side of Varkala, situated in a village away from the tourist bustle. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, and their daughters showcase impressive artistic skills. Plus, they serve one of the best curries in Kerala. I highly recommend it!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! Everything exceeded my expectations. The comfort level was a solid 5 out of 5. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location couldn't have been better, also earning a perfect 5-star rating. It was convenient for exploring the city, and the views were breathtaking. Service was impeccable, with a flawless 5-star rating. The staff were attentive and made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Mr. Sami, the hotel management, who went above and beyond to make my visit exceptional. He was incredibly polite and always ready to assist with a smile. I surely recommend this place to stay with both frds and family 💯
