We were good stay with Cadillac Munnar; we felt really with family and balcony rooms . The service s given and the hospitality of the staffs they were very polite and lovely.. The rooms were very clean and hygienic.. Thanks for booking team and tour proprietor. God bless you all

The hotel only offers rooms, and there is no on-site restaurant. When we asked, they mentioned that breakfast would be provided, but it was very disappointing. The breakfast consisted of just idly and dosa with sambar, and it was poorly prepared—almost inedible. The dining area was also disappointing; it was just a terrace that wasn't clean. Rooms also not clean and they haven't provided bath kit and dental kit. Very worst experience

Budgeted and best valley view rooms ..we booked through online .. they provide deluxe with balcony rooms .. well staff nice cooperative. Restaurant and market located nearest. Suitable for family Thanks for services

Excellent stay in Munnar, Enjoyed a lot with all my family 18 Members. Mr.Ananth is awesome guy and arranged all the tour needs in a well planned manner regarding accommodation and food. My stay in Casillda on my trip to Munnar with my friends was unforgettable. They had wonderful service and accommodation facility. They had great lovely bedrooms. It was amazing and me and my friends really enjoyed it. Thanks for those sweet moments❤️.

Don't go by their website it is not what they have shown. Stinky rooms, no toiletries provided. Very poor location and no proper parking place. Even if you are looking for a cheap stay avoid this place since it is also 20kms away from actual Munnar. Very unhygienic breakfast.
