Wolkenburg Resort and Spa

I stayed at the hotel with my family including 2 kids for 2 nights. Had an amazing experience with great hospitality from the group. Rooms were well equipped with all facilities, clean and breathtaking valley view from the balcony. I reached at 3 am (thanks to Indigo and they lost my luggage also). Staff was waiting for me at 3 am. They arranged all the stuffs in advance in the room so that my family won't face any issue due to baggage lost without even asking. Special shout to Swati for managing the things since the day of booking. She is an asset for the hotel, a great resource for any group and amazing person. Food was also very good. We had a fantastic stay at Walkenburg resort. Everything was perfect...spacious and well-maintained rooms..stunning scenic views and the food was delicious. The service was exceptional, with attentive and courteous staff ensuring a seamless experience. A truly relaxing and luxurious getaway! Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again.

Everything about this place is amazing! The property is beautiful, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful — especially Swathi, who made our stay even more comfortable. The waitress from the restaurant, who was from Sikkim, was also wonderful — very polite and served us exceptionally well. The service overall is excellent, and the rooms are well-maintained with great attention to detail. The only area that needs improvement is the food. The menu options are quite limited, and the breakfast spread could be much better with more variety. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar. Definitely recommended for a peaceful stay!

I had an amazing time at this resort! The atmosphere was relaxing yet full of energy with so many activities to enjoy. The swimming pool was spotless and inviting — perfect for both a morning dip and an evening swim under the lights. What really stood out were the wide range of sports and activities available. From tennis and volleyball to cycling and water sports, there was never a dull moment. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help or join in the fun. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy nature. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this place has something for everyone. I stayed at Wolkenburg for 2 days, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is beautiful — surrounded by greenery and peaceful views that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout the stay, always making sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options. The pool area and outdoor spaces were also very well-kept and scenic. Overall, a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. I have shared my feedback with everyone. Regarding the location, the staff was exceptional and provided an immediate response to every request. During dinner, the entire team was very humble and attentive. Additionally, the receptionist provided a traditional Aarti welcome, which made for a truly wonderful experience."...thank you very very much......and i have mentioned one starf manager she is wonderful caring I don't know her name but she is nice person...thank you so maam miss you .......
