This was our second time staying at Ice Pellet, and it was just as amazing—if not better—than the first! The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, and they even remembered us from our previous stay, which made us feel so valued. The rooms are spotless, the views are stunning, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. We noticed some nice updates and small improvements since our last visit—clearly, they’re always striving to improve. We’ll definitely be back for a third visit. Highly recommend!

Its was good place to stay with family... Very silent place with full of greeny view... The morning view is the best part from balcony .. The highlights of the resort is pool... We really enjoyed lots... Real location of nature stay. Staffs 🥰 service is praise worthy. Rooms are spacious and furnished. Thanks to team ice pellets🫰🏻

Best place to stay with your family. We enjoyed the resort. Safe & healthy surroundings for kids. Monsoon made our stay pleasant. Recommend for family and kids to have a great time.

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Ice Pellets! The service was very good, the rooms airy and spacious, with a balcony that offers the spectacular view of mountains and thick foliage. I love the ginger, cardamom chai prepared by sajeer,to sip it in the quiet solitude of the balcony is a calming experience by itself. I love the food, especially the kerala parotta and beef fry. Thank you Dean and team at Ice Pellets!

Camp fire and grilled chicken available on request.Free to use swimming pool.Scenic view from room.Dinner we can order as per our choice and breakfast was complimentary. You may opt for hot air ballons or jeep safari depending on your preferences at the reception.Information was provided from manager for better way to explore Munnar.

Wonderful stay with a crazy host and staff. They were friendly, accommodating and open to any ask we had. Rooms and Pool was clean and well maintained. Kudos to the team 🤩 We would love come back and stay here.

One of the best budget friendly stay in munnar with premium amenities. The team guided by Mr. Shajeer, hosted us pretty well. The breakfast was delicious. Overall it was a pretty great stay for us. Thank you ice pellets.
