Ramada Alleppey Resort, Kerala

I loved the place and location is ultimate for this hotel. Management needs to verify room's furniture as it's very old establishment furniture needs repair. Also I found dirty spots at many places in carpets, cushions .... other than this , I found staff is very helpful and food quality was also very good. Buffet had multiple options. I would definitely consider again for my next stay.

Nice place to visit. Good hospitality But poor management we visited with 80 group size n lunch was committed with standard menu, but they gave only 2 items one veg n non veg biryani Later after arguments n convincing then they provided some more items like DAL, WHITE RICE, CURD N ICE-CREAM in room service is admiring AC was having issues they came n solved immediately n Fridge was missing in room and was installed in really short time

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Alleppey Resort in Kerala. The hospitality was truly impressive, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering picturesque scenes of the beautiful backwaters. The rooms are luxurious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities, providing a relaxing and cozy ambiance. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and mesmerizing views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Alleppey!

Iam a cab driver and a come with a guest, but the facilities are very bad and the bathroom door lock are not available, very dirty toilet.

Welcome to the Ramada Alleppey, where the name promises luxury but the experience feels like a cruel joke. Sure, it’s parked next to the beach, but don’t let the view fool you—this isn’t the Ramada you thought you were checking into. The rooms? A shadow of what they should be. Dull, uninspired, and definitely not Ramada-worthy. Room service? A masterclass in indifference. It took over an hour to see our luggage after check-in, and that was after calling them multiple times. Apparently, urgency isn’t on the menu here. Speaking of menus—the food is… fine. Just fine. But when you slap those Ramada prices on it, suddenly “fine” starts to feel like a slap in the face. Bland flavors at premium rates? That’s a special kind of insult. So here’s the deal: if you’re expecting Ramada-level comfort, service, and dining, stay somewhere else. This place wears the Ramada name like a cheap suit, and you deserve better.

It is great place to stay. Nice facility and people are very friendly. I enjoyed the live nadan chaya stall.
