This is not a hotel guest house, and rooms are worse than the guest house, even service is also worse than its rooms. Taps are leaking and make noise the entire night, the toilet seat is also broken, the flush is not working, and the washroom is more bad than the public toilet.

Pathetic property, please avoid! Nothing is good about it unfortunately starting from customer service to rooms’ quality and cleanliness. 1. The manager Rajeev is one of the worst hotel personnel we have come across, even the receptionist at a lowly lodge is very well behaved than him. He is never available at reception, always staying in one of the rooms so there is no way to reach anyone in this hotel as reception area is always vacant. Even for checkin we had to wait for him to come down from one of the rooms. He didn’t even bother with a simple courteous greeting. 2. Rooms are very very dirty. Old stinky pillow covers with marks all over. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and had water marks all over. There were water splashes on the toilet seat. There are big holes in the walls. Bed is too uncomfortable with a springy mattress. 3. No hot water is provided. Manager was fighting with us for a simple request of drinking water bottle. It was a pain after this to even ask him for anything. There was no hot water in the bathroom also in the morning and nobody was at the reception, manager’s phone number written there was also switched off. 4. Pictures are very misguiding. It’s a chawl kind of architecture with dirty pool in center. We checked in pretty late and checked out as soon as possible. Just because we didn’t have any other option at that time, we wasted our money here.

This is not a resort, this is couple of buildings with few rooms and a swimming pool in middle and that's it. Rooms are average and not as spacious as mentioned in various sites. The verandah ,stairs and other places need some deep cleaning as well Another important thing is in the hoarding outside they advertise restaurant and many other features but nothing is there Wifi they provide but doesn't have the range to reach your room. The only good thing was the staff was very good.

I was shocked to see an unfriendly receptionist with no control over his behaviour. The place is tidy and neat except the way how we were treated on that day. We asked for owners number to sort out the issue since the young man at the reception was arrogant but the receptionist gave his own number. When my friend called the number.. i can see the person declining call. All we wanted was a room that we booked through booking.com. Hope the owner intervene so that he doesn't loose his customers.

Low cost place to stay. They have both A/C non-A/C. As soon as we checked in noticed stains on the pillow cover and bed sheets. It was a early check in but should have replaced. The immediate reaction was it was changed but when i insisted the manager was kind enough to change it. Can be maintained a little better with room and bath fragrances. While I typically stay at courtyard like places wanted to try this. My immediate reaction was 3 star and since this is 1/3 price of Ramada next door, a 4 star. 😊

Good service and the rooms are well maintained but rooms don't have heater. Also there is a smell created by the air freshener they are using type of rose flavor may be that make discomfort for me. But anyway room arrangement and well cleaned surroundings. About swimming pool its on the center portion because of this we can't take a swim or shower there but the views from the rooms are located to the pool so thats make us a good feel and Especially the staffs they are very polite and honest persons.location its on near punnamada its 5 min far from the boat houses And need to mention one thing the location from the oyo is not correct that location make us confuse. So call the hotel and they will guide you reach there

THe hotel is fairly well located and decently kep. Simple accomodation but clean. Breakfast looked good but didnt have a chance to try it as my portion wasnt ready in time for me to try it. I was there for the Nehru cup and a bit surprised on how little information I was able to get from staff.
