This place is one of the best resorts I have visited. It's amidst the nature, very beautiful and very peaceful. Coming to their service, it was excellent. Extremely friendly staff and helpfull too. Overall we me and my family had a great stay and a great experience and we would love to visit back to this place.

I'm changing my review from 5 start to 1 star. Previous management was so good in terms of hospitality and maintenance, present management is too greedy. Considering the past good experience we pre-booked one cottage for one day. It was as a long weekend though! Unfortunately we could not make it to come over. We informed them two days earlier to cancel the stay and asked for the refund but the guy refused to refund and said this is our policy. He did not informed about cancellation policy while taking the advance! They just lost 10 repeated customers and lot of referrals. That's all.

Photos are a lie because it is not maintained well at all. Only the boys who help you with activities are doing great job(hard working) and good people. Rest employees are of no use including kitchen workers(found spiders in biryani, hair in tea, dirty cups). Water is not at all edible(carry a 5ltr can otherwise u May die of thirst) that worse the water was. Swimming pool is dirty and slippery. Many activities not available. Rooms are nice but bedsheet was not provided to us. Bathroom(flush water leaking, bathroom clogged, toilets are dislocated) Risk to ur life if u take up activities as it life threatening(not serviced not maintained). Maintenance and change of employees will make this resort a best stay(please train the employees they aren’t warm and welcoming) 1star is for the boys who help us with activities. Rest employees are a -1 rating Location is awesome

Really a awesome place to stay. The wooden cottage is very big and view facing the lake is very very nice. And hospitality shown their is next level.... You will feel like heaven

The very first thing you come across as you enter this place, is the patriotism and love for the soldiers that the owner has. You feel proud to be an Indian and the gratitude for our soldiers for sure will grow more as you drive through the entrance. Words are not enough to express the joy that you get when you witness the beauty of the lake on a full moon day. You have to stay here to feel what I mean. Clean rooms, and nature lovers would for sure enjoy their stay here. How can I not mention about 'Arun' (staff). One among many, he is also the most humble and ever smiling person I have met. It is not easy to please the customers but believe me his smile and humility is enough to befriend him. Finally the owner ' Mr. Shashank'. He has a wonderful educational background and while speaking with him I realised his passion for hospitality has been a main reason behind this project called ' Coorg Water Park'. Himself and his friend 'Naani' have teamed up to entertain the tourists in the best way possible. Thank you team for your support. My stay with my family there was indeed a memorable one. I made a right choice to celebrate my sister's wedding anniversary here. I wish and pray for growth, prosperity and perfection in all ways for this place and team.

Worst place to stay inn, No hygiene, limited staff, everything is charged extra the place doesn't look as shown in pictures, boat rides and extra games are just eyewash nothing excited, Pool wasn't cleaned. Total waste of money and time. I totally regret staying here.

I have been here with my big family during wedding anniversary of my sis. I had the best experience of staying near water park. Candlelight dinner organized was amazing. No words to express my gratitude to the Owner Mr. Shashank ji... and the boy Arun who took care of every our needs with smiley face. We all enjoyed a lot... Thank you all the team members of "Coorg Water Park Saty" for happy moments. Sure I will visit you again...
