One of the worst experience in this Resort, Staff are rude they don't have minimum basic sense of service, even food is also not worth, 1 rating also we can't give, one guy we went for trek only one he is ok, including owner, manager, are not k for for service industry

Don't fall for a pics which are available on Google maps, not only this one there is no good resorts in Dandeli.

So, I recently stayed at this resort and it was the worst experience, the staff was quite unhelpful, careless, seemed disinterested and didn't provide the level of service we were hoping for. Talking about food and transport services, it won't be provided as per the time, to buy extra food stuffs you need to pay double the MRP amount and transport is horrible, they don't even cover all the activities they mentioned! And main thing the resort is still under construction they barely have 3-4 rooms and single dorm. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation experience. There are definitely better options out there!

Absolutely every single aspect is beyond pathetic. Literally the WORST place to spend your weekends or vacations. No proper service, electricity is almost non-existent basically all the time. The food quality and service is also below average. Had the WORST experience of all time. NEVER EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE VISITING THIS STUPID PLACE AGAIN. They lie about everything in their brochures just to attract tourists. Please DO NOT fall for such traps and find a better place for your vacations. I'm rating them 1 star only because it's the bare minimum and nobody can go below that. Hope this helps

A decent place for families to stay. Well managed by Mr. Rathi who was quite polite. The location is descent. There are plenty of other home stays also nearby. The room is quite spacious, although found the mattress to be a bit hard. The rooms are without AC. The washrooms are quite clean and well maintained. The package consists of one time breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food served here was below average. Not impressed atall with the taste and quality. The prices are pretty reasonable. They have parking area. They accept online payment methods also.

I visited this place in last week for two nights. I really enjoyed my stay. Owner Mr. Rathi is very humble and helpful person. The attendant staff is also very co-operative. For this home stay i will say just one word, Excellent!!!. Highly recommended place for all. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff are professional and helpful. The breakfast & food was A++. This property situated in cool place, you can enjoy full of nature. We had awesome nature walk with the help of attendant. I will definitely return back without hesitation.

I went there with my friends. The whole thing was through an agent and he quoted price more than that is on the internet. After paying so much, we were promised good food and activities. We also took travel. We agreed upon a certain price for the travel but later they quoted a different price. They had no decency and were yelling at us as we didn’t agree to pay the extra money which we were apparently told about. But we’re never. Please don’t take any service offered by apsara travels if they recommend and save yourself from this scam. The food is terrible with insects in them and we didn’t have hot water supply at all. The staff that worked there looking for a way out of work and she agreed we should have food outside despite it being included in our package. The place is extremely small. Insects everywhere in the room. The images sent are misleading. Needs maintenance. Please don’t opt for this. You will get much better place for the same price. The owner just replied to this review and we honestly didn’t even take 11 bottles of water and we paid for the two we took. We didn’t do anything wrong he has no idea who we or what he is saying. He can’t take criticism and improve and is just replying baselessly. Please be ware check other negative reviews and then go ahead with the place. Hope it helps

Local guides recommended this place we are a group of 5 people who stayed here for 24 hrs we enjoyed a lot with the pool and weather, and the homely food was served by the resort people. I'll recommend this here you will get good signals, some of the other resorts i visited I didn't find any signals over there.
