Absolutely every single aspect is beyond pathetic. Literally the WORST place to spend your weekends or vacations. No proper service, electricity is almost non-existent basically all the time. The food quality and service is also below average. Had the WORST experience of all time. NEVER EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE VISITING THIS STUPID PLACE AGAIN. They lie about everything in their brochures just to attract tourists. Please DO NOT fall for such traps and find a better place for your vacations. I'm rating them 1 star only because it's the bare minimum and nobody can go below that. Hope this helps

So, I recently stayed at this resort and it was the worst experience, the staff was quite unhelpful, careless, seemed disinterested and didn't provide the level of service we were hoping for. Talking about food and transport services, it won't be provided as per the time, to buy extra food stuffs you need to pay double the MRP amount and transport is horrible, they don't even cover all the activities they mentioned! And main thing the resort is still under construction they barely have 3-4 rooms and single dorm. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation experience. There are definitely better options out there!

This is the worst place to spend your vacations. The location is not good, service is worse and the activities they mention in the websites are just for tourist attraction, they took full payment from us and skipped all the activities and when we complained they argued about it. Never ever go to this resort!!!

Nice place to visit in dandeli . Nice services available in this resort food also nice nice place to visit with family awesome rooms also location is small far but still nice place we got relaxation 🙏👌

Very bad experience with this place. Made our advance booking through an agent who is actually their relative and denied us place to stay on arrival. No facility is available other than swimming pool. The owner lady is very rude and non-co-operative, and was denying to give our advance back. At the end we had to go back as all the other resorts were full. Never visit this place, as they are frauding people.

I went there with my friends. The whole thing was through an agent and he quoted price more than that is on the internet. After paying so much, we were promised good food and activities. We also took travel. We agreed upon a certain price for the travel but later they quoted a different price. They had no decency and were yelling at us as we didn’t agree to pay the extra money which we were apparently told about. But we’re never. Please don’t take any service offered by apsara travels if they recommend and save yourself from this scam. The food is terrible with insects in them and we didn’t have hot water supply at all. The staff that worked there looking for a way out of work and she agreed we should have food outside despite it being included in our package. The place is extremely small. Insects everywhere in the room. The images sent are misleading. Needs maintenance. Please don’t opt for this. You will get much better place for the same price. The owner just replied to this review and we honestly didn’t even take 11 bottles of water and we paid for the two we took. We didn’t do anything wrong he has no idea who we or what he is saying. He can’t take criticism and improve and is just replying baselessly. Please be ware check other negative reviews and then go ahead with the place. Hope it helps

A decent place for families to stay. Well managed by Mr. Rathi who was quite polite. The location is descent. There are plenty of other home stays also nearby. The room is quite spacious, although found the mattress to be a bit hard. The rooms are without AC. The washrooms are quite clean and well maintained. The package consists of one time breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food served here was below average. Not impressed atall with the taste and quality. The prices are pretty reasonable. They have parking area. They accept online payment methods also.

Local guides recommended this place we are a group of 5 people who stayed here for 24 hrs we enjoyed a lot with the pool and weather, and the homely food was served by the resort people. I'll recommend this here you will get good signals, some of the other resorts i visited I didn't find any signals over there.
