Uma estate beach villa

Very good place at good location walkable distance from beach..maintenence was good hospitality was also good..spacious 3bhk duplex house with amazing view..Very peaceful..kudos to hardworking lady Radhamma who prepares very tasty food and makes guest very comfortable and is very patient. **Only thing which should be improved is left over deepfried re-heated oil was used for cooking** Also would be great if sound system was provided even on rent Stay and Food charges : 15k was charged for 24hours for stay and 100 perhead for breakfast 150 perhead for dinner and lunch Veg meals tea cofee will be provided by radhamma and Nonveg should be brought and given for cooking.. Plan accordingly food was available outside as well at very reasonable prices .but cooking by radhamma is also worth except oil thing..

We stayed here for one and a half days and had a wonderful experience. Radhamma, the cook, is incredibly well-mannered and ensures guests feel at home. Her cooking is exceptional, and her hospitality is unmatched. The house is beautiful, with amazing rooms, a lovely balcony, and a terrace. The highlight is the stunning view of the beach, which can be seen from the estate itself, along with the soothing sound of waves. It’s just a one-minute walk to the beach, adding to the charm. The food is very delicious and a major plus point of the stay. The only issue was the salty bathing water, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic. This place is worth the price, and we’re eager to visit again.

Ambience here is amazing !! We visited this villa with cousins and it was wonderful experience 😍😍 Our villa was infront of the beach which made our visit more beautiful 🥳 Radhamma who is the cook here makes amazing food 👌🏻👌🏻🥳😍 we loved each and every dish here😁 Must visit this villa and beach for amazing experience 😃😃

The house is literally 50m from the beach and is very well maintained. The stay is very beautiful. Along with that, we have an inhouse cook Radhamma who made us amazing food. Must try out this place.

A perfect holiday spot ….. with beachfront views & uh will love the garden. Ambience ⭐️ Cook (radhamma) was amazing….some magic in her hands …. One can visit local fish market where uh can find lots of different fishes & types ( we personally enjoyed ) Beach accessible The garden & beachfront views are the main attractions
