Riviera Beach Resort

It's a great resort. I specially appreciate the room setup. We took a 2 bedroom suit there. Service could be a bit better. After multiple calls to reception only we could get our main door lock fixed. We ordered food with room service. The plates and leftovers were not cleared until multiple requests were made. I got stung by a jellyfish there and asked reception to help with some medicine as there are no nearby medicine shops. But hotel reception told us that they can't help with that. Such incidents tell me that there is scope for improvement in service. It is great that the resort had a facility where my EV could be charged with the car manufacturer provided 3.2 KWH charger. Restaurants are good and quality of food is also great. Swimming pool and water fountains were enjoyable as well.

I stayed at Riviera Beach Resort for 2 nights in the Double Room Suites, and the experience was truly amazing. I have been visiting this resort almost once a year, and every time it feels as calm and peaceful as ever. The best part of the stay is undoubtedly the staff. From service to catering, everyone is genuinely helpful and attentive. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Jagadeesh from the Food Service team, who went the extra mile to accommodate our food preferences and ensured everything was served just as we needed. His care and dedication made our dining experience exceptional. One small suggestion: the juice served was tasty, but it seemed like additional sugar was added on top, making it too sweet to drink comfortably. A lighter option would be even better. Overall, the stay was delightful, and I look forward to coming back again.

We checked-in on September 26th, 2025 (Friday) and stayed for two days and we 23had a pleasant stay at Riviera Resort. The highlight of our experience was definitely the food, which was delicious and satisfying. The staff were very cooperative and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. That said, the rooms could use some improvement—they weren’t quite up to the same standard as the dining and service experience. If the management takes a bit more care with room upkeep and amenities, this place would easily be a perfect getaway spot. Overall, a great place for food and hospitality, with room for improvement in accommodation.

Reviera Resort is one of the more popular places in the area, even though many new resorts are coming up. The property has around 60 rooms, and since we visited during the holiday season, it was fully booked. The food here is definitely tasty, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety and wide spread. That was a highlight of our stay. However, the overall experience did not justify the price. We paid ₹4500 per night, which felt overpriced considering the maintenance. The bathroom attached to our room was not properly maintained, and with all rooms occupied, there wasn’t sufficient hot water available. Another disappointment was the room key. The magnetic key didn’t work properly, and when we lost it at the beach, the resort charged us ₹600 for replacement. This was quite unreasonable, as in most hotels the key is replaced without such a charge. Overall, while the resort is popular and the food was good, the maintenance, facilities, and policies need improvement to match the price being charged.

This place is simply top-notch and feels like a second home. From the moment you arrive, the good service is evident. The staff is attentive, and the room service is prompt and efficient. Our room was always well taken care of. The food is a major highlight. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and has a great variety, but the real treat is the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are consistently excellent. We even had a magical dinner on the beach with hot, fresh food – an unforgettable experience! The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The meat swimming pool is a fantastic spot to relax, and the gaming area is a great addition. It's a quiet and peaceful place, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. With the beautiful view, amazing food, and fantastic amenities, Riviera Beach Resort continues to exceed my expectations. I can't wait for my next visit!

The rooms were clean and well maintained .the service was very slow. Restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was good with all types of breakfast available.the beach entrance was used by many.. over all a nice stay for weekend.there is ample space and a private hall in the garden for events too.

The resort located right at the Chirala beach. Nice place for a short holiday with family. There are a variety of options available in terms of rooms and food. View and location are really good. Kids can enjoy in the pool and there is the facility of rain dance as well.

We visited chirala this week to celebrate our 2nd marriage anniversary. We stayed at Riviera and it was a good decision. The staff is cordial, rooms are neat, food in restaurant is amazing. We enjoyed our 2 days stay at this place. I highly recommend to stay at this place if you're visiting chirala. Prices are high but the facilities make up for it. Beach is right across the resort and it's peaceful. Thanks for having us and keep up the good service 😇
