We are regular visitors of this hotel almost once a week we came while going back to your house but from past 2-3 months we have observed tea is upto standard of this hotel.. earlier they had very good tea..we told the waiter also but still tea doesn't seeme fresh.. kindly do a quality check on tea.

The food was great we ordered paneer, dal, curd and paranthas. The food was fresh service was quick. The pickle was also very good quality and taste. Needs little bit mire artention to clraning rest everything was neat and tidy.

We had ring ceremony function organized here and we thought the food will be delicious as per our prior experience. But to our surprise the function was not organized properly and the food the not fresh , it was not the standard I expected from such a good place. Disappointed experience at Mayur Simran Hotel

While coming from Patiala, we stopped here for a cup of Tea. Well designed restaurant on Rajpura road. Though there were lot of people were eating there but my experience wasn’t very great. We ordered vegetable Pakoras with Tea. Tea was good but Pakoras were awful. Potatoes were stale, Onion Pakoras were like Pakora used in Kadi. It seems that they were made previously and refried before serving.

The food was served cold, making the dining experience disappointing. When we inquired, the waiter simply blamed it on the food sitting on the counter untouched, showing a lack of attentiveness. Poor service and cold dishes don’t make for a place worth revisiting. Poor Management too.

The service was excellent, and food was good. Mr. Nitin provided exceptional service from the first day of check-in to the last day of check-out. I traveled across India for work and stayed in different hotels in various locations, but I have never encountered service like the outstanding service he delivered during the last four days.

Visited Mayur hotels many times. A very good place for the travellers to stop at Mayur hotel while travelling from Ludhiana side towards Delhi. One can enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, evening snacks as well as dinner. Service is also fast and the quality of food is good in terms of taste and hygiene.
