I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. After placing our order, we were made to wait over [insert time, e.g., 45 minutes to an hour] without any updates or explanation from the staff. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear communication about the delay. To make matters worse, other tables that arrived after us were served before us, which was extremely frustrating.

They didn't provide free water to their customers with food , as per the law of India, (fssai) fresh drinking water provide to customers with free of cost is compulsory. They give water bottle instead of fresh water to customers and says , they dont give free water.

If someone has to try the worst food of there life then your are welcomed here because they serve the worst food in whole patiala . This restraurant is a big scam when it comes to food quality . People living nearby know the truth of this restraurant . But people from outside gets easily scammed by them . It a request to people not to eat there food at any cost and moreover the owner is rude and the staff is untidy .

Restaurant Food quality is disgusting (chef is not trained) we order cheese paloa , the served us 3-4 old boiled rice with some cheese pieces taste worst. 🤮 😭 some how sweets are satisfactory only we ordered garm gulab jamun however they ignored the word " Garam" . They served us normal gulab jamun with chashni. They served cold drink in normal glasses, cold drink bottle 20 but they charged 30 for serving in a glass. Very bad experience , no value to money spent

Delicious food with variety. Everyone must give a try to restaurant. Dal Makhni is very tasty.
