Worst experience till now. First they charged 1000 for early check in. Somehow negotiated to 500 as they said in message that they will charge 590 for early check in. One room was allotted which was so dirty and lizards were crawling near the bed. We requested and changed the room. The second room was so dirty with the blankets smelling like someone's sweat. Yaaaak. We told them to change those several times, they said politely that they will change it but they didn't until we checked out. I would recommend to book this hotel only if you don't have any other option. People working there were polite, however.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Unprofessional Staff Behavior I had one of the worst experiences during my stay at this hotel. The room was not well-maintained, and to make things worse, a staff member without permission used our private washroom. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was poor, and the overall service was far below expectations. I expected basic professionalism and respect for guests' privacy, but this hotel failed miserably. I strongly advise management to train their staff on proper conduct and guest privacy. Definitely not staying here again!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the staff is unprofessional. If you book a room online, you must carry a booking printout and a copy of your Aadhar card. If you don’t have them, they will ask you to go out and get a printout. They have a printer, but they don’t know how to use it. For half an hour, they argued with me about it. The rooms are dirty, with an unbearable smell that ruins the mood. The bed sheets and pillows were also dirty. The sink was broken, and the foot mat was extremely dirty. What they show in the app is completely different from what they actually provide. Don’t ever try coming here!

Never stayed in a more disappointed before with any hotel. 1. There is no service not even a glass of water is provided. 2. Room is extremely untidy and is full of cockroaches. 3. Nothing in the bathroom really works and is also very untidy. 4. A/C does not work and water is leaking constantly. 5. Bedsheets are full of stains and is never cleaned nor changed. 6. They will not sweep unless asked and there are still durt. THE STAFF 1. Is very rude and fights with guests. Does not deserve even one star.

They are having very poor quality of rooms they don't have any jet spray in the toilet and broken flush they even didn't give you shampoo the towels and bed sheets are bleach whitening which gives you rashes and irritation also. .their fans do not have regulator led is not working properly and also not working properly they don't give u all out...no intercom no bell...no water jug no hangers they shud improve service

1. The receptionist fights with elderly people. 2. The lift stops midway and the door does not close properly which causes safety issues. 3. Room is filled with cockroaches. 4. Bedsheets have never been cleaned and the rooma will not be cleaned unless you ask. 5. The bathroom sink does not work. 6. A/C does not work. 7. Not even water will be offered.
