I booked room for my parents but they had the Worst experience- smelly rooms, untidy bathrooms. Staff provided AC on request but it was not working properly but they demanded extra fees !! Unpleasant stay.

Stupidest hotel, I booked for myself through booking .com, made request 5 times via massage and email for early check in, they always reply "Fine" Lastly I made a phone call from Vellore rly station ,the person who was entrusted with agree and told me to reach there, but after reaching, he disagree to allow and tell come after 11.00 ,

No hospitality over there you have to fight for even water also, they will make every chance to earn money for every facility, rude behavior

Location is very nice. Rooms are enough spacious. Washroom is okay and clean. Price is a little bit high. No private terrace. But there is no room service. Doesn't provide enough toiletries for washroom.

Room is big, but the toilet is old. The Bed is very large. Room service available. They clean room and toilet everyday and change bedsheet every two days. Has common kitchen and a refrigerator. The price could have been a bit less though.

Room rates are exorbitant compared to the conditions of the rooms.They charged Rs 1500 per night in AC rooms. Toilet was of shabby conditions.They dont provide complimentary mineral water.The most important thing is their check out time is 9pm.So if you check in at 12noon, you will be charged for another day.Manager dont want to provide any receipt.Please ask for it. Room service are done every 2 days.Only pros is its location in close proximity to CMC jubilee gate. Wifi is available free of charge. For meals hotel sushil which is just opposite to Jubilee gate of CMC is a good option.

Good, I spent a couple of days while visiting Cmc, The room and bed were clean and parking was available, which was plus, instead of spending on parking i got a safe place to park. TV and water were provided. Friendly service.

Clean linens but stinking smell comes from bathrooms and spread over the rooms all-over. Bathrooms have no ventilation or exhaust system, no windows. No breakfast or no restaurant. One can prepare own food at common kitchen provided on each floor, hiring utensils and LPG from hotel. About 300 meters from CMC HOSPITAL. Ample parking space. Staffs friendly.
