we were 3 and booked room in emergency for 2 since one is going to get admitted in hospital. Since I went to the room the old man receptionist was very furious and said "you booked room only for 2 people why 3 people are there?" I said don't worry we'll take patient to hospital for admission in ward just resting for now as it was quite hot around 3.30 PM..but still that old man was scolding if you want to stay then pay extra 200 for extra person or leave..🤣🤣. Because that old man already took 5days advance pay. After this quarrel I went to shop to get some water that man was like when you're leaving? I said around 5.30 we'll take patient to hospital that man was saying go soon..!! I just want to say to the owner atleast have some decency and humbleness towards your tenants. AC Room- 1300/day and utensils+stove- 70/day is quite high among the other lodges. And the best part was when I was about to check out..out of nowhere the room cleaning staff came and asking for money. I told him I already paid 5 days payment without any discount to your owner but still making baseless reasons his working hours is over and blah blah..and the main twist is that old man receptionist was asking for bakshish too..!!🤣🤣 Be careful future tenants..☠️☠️

very bad and rude behaviour of owner and manager charged for 5 days and on 4th day telling to vacate the room, coming for treatment ,very painful to shift with patient requested also, but no they have increased charge online so telling the vacate flat. inhuman behaviour of owner.

AC rooms in Vellore in good quality and in a cheaper price. This hotel is on road. In front of Crown cinema. Very near to cmc vellore walking distance. In market place. Behaviour of staffs are good. Rooms are clean. Have room service. 24 hours checking time. Minimum 5 days booking. Good for stay. Only problem is inspite of geyser provided the hot water is available from 5.30 am to 8.30 am. Bathrooms big and clean.

poor customer handling, owner full of ego as he has three more hotels as he said, doesn't value customers, should be sued. an idiot owner with full of unethical staffs.

Its a bit expensive, ventilation is an big issue because if someone cooks the food its difficult to stay in the room. Room doesn't clean properly. Red ant all over the room even on bed too. Room has facilities of double bed, tv,WiFi and attached bathroom. The lobby area is better place to sit.

Poor Behaviour of manager but staffs are good. They wanted to fit AC in rooms without telling us before check in . When we asked him if we don't use AC The manager told us to get out from the hotel

Very bad behaviour of manager/owner. Highly unprofessional. All they are concerned about is money, nothing else. Apart from that, rooms are more expensive here. Never stay in this lodge.
