NillThe Lodge is one of a kind. You have windows, and even lift in the area, which is a very less seen thing here. Generally most of the lodges have windows inside, towards the passage. The rooms are spacious, and hence a bit expencise too. They have AC rooms too. Every day rooms and the entire Lodge is cleaned. We had our stay there, the owner is very strict in terms of fare. But if the deposit is in bulk say 10k onwards then if someone stays for more can opt for a discount.

NillVery bad Behavior. Don't ever never pay more. They will give offer if you stay less than 3 days Rs.840 and if you stay more than 3 day Rs.800. To save just 120 you will never pay much advance. they will not give back. At that time they will be very rude, they will never treat you as customer. They will treat you as they are very big shot. Please please please don't go.....Avoid Please...if anybody gives 5Stars...they will be their own people. Please Be careful....Don't Pay much money as Advance...this is very important.

NillThis was my first visit to this lodge. Rooms were neat and clean. But the behavior of the manager was very bad. I had taken my son to CMC. I checked out at 5:30 am but requested them to just keep my luggage in the reception till 10am hoping to return from CMC by then. But unfortunately things got delayed in the hospital which was not in my hands and it extended till 2pm. My train was at 2:45pm. When I came to collect my luggage the manager started abusing me like anything for the delay. I said sorry, told him the reason and was ready to pay for the delay. But still the manager humiliated us and not giving my luggage even after I was insisting him that my train was at 2:45pm and I am getting late. My 3 year old son was sick, he wanted to drink water but the manager didn't allow me to take water from the reception tap which was extremely inhuman. I would strongly recommend all of you not to visit this lodge.

NillVery good, holy & peaceful ambience. It's very clean & stench-free...no bed bugs. It has big & airy rooms, comfortable beds with thick,soft mattresses. Rooms and toilets are cleaned daily. Very convenient, just 5 mins walking distance from CMC. It's completely an alcohol free family lodge. Nice terrace ,big and separate cooking area for veg and non veg cooking. We spent pleasant 8 days. Very supportive staffs. But often they ask for tips. Room & cooking rates are a little high in comparison to others for staying longer periods. Specially thankful to prop. Mr. Raghu Sekar for his tireless cooperation. But on the whole, to stay comfortably in a clean environment, this lodge should be a must-go place for you.

NillThe owner and people attending guest are very rude. they do not have manners to talk to the guest and keep shouting on patients with loud voice. If there is any problem faced by the customer and we tell to fix it. they reply back saying no one is complaining only you are complaining. they take AC charge but there was no AC for half a day. All other lodges and hotels have generator but they do not have proper backup not even thinking that there patients staying in their rooms. What is the point of taking AC room and lodge with lift if it does not help patients. Also, the AC remote was not given as soon as the check in. since, they did not remember that it was only given we asked for it. the bed quality is not as prescribed for ortho patient since the whole matress was going inside if you sleep on same place for 6-7 hours causing back pain. After such bad behavior, they had the odacity to ask for tips while check out. You need to learn to take feedback from customers whether good or bad not defend yourself.

NillManagers Looting Money from customers without the knowledge of Owner. Please owner should be very careful about them. Owner Please watch managers they are taking money from customers in someway and it spoils your name and fame. Please investigate and Stop this and teach them to be polite and kind with customers.

NillBest for long stays and hospital visits. They have big rooftop kitchen where we can cook, very convenient. Lift is available up to rooftop. Rooms are newly renovated.
