Hotel Nagha International

i have been here couple of time since i didn't knew we can book the lodge even after arrival.comming too the rooms.....some are decent and most of them r not,the maintenance is pathetic some leakages here nd there.The biggest mood spoilers hai the bed bugs u will find lots of them here .they r increasing the price for the stay but rooms condition remains the same.i would recommend if they improve their pest control properly

For those who have for CMC medical treatment: The only reason I gave 1 star is because i couldn't rate it zero. Now the reason why most people come to Vellore is for the CMC hospital and these hotel people are aware of this fact so they exploit the situation as much as possible. Rooms of this hotel are infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. I found a DEAD RAT lying on the bathroom floor and the bathroom was filled with disgusting hair everywhere. The fans are slow and have no regulators to adjust speeds which compel you to take AC thereby increasing the charges. Obnoxious nauseating stench in the rooms. Service was horrible, it was beyond pathetic what can I say. When i complained about the bed bugs and lying dead rat the staffs we're ready with snarky comments , worst attitude I ever saw in any service sector. When i said I want to leave the room in the morning the staff wouldn't get up to take my payment at 7:30 am .They deliberately kept me for an hour just to pay and leave. Location is good when seen on the maps and also in person but please keep in mind that this hotel is on a very dirty alley rather there are plenty of clean and cheaper hotels nearby. For eg. Chella Krishna. I was out on the terrace on an attempt to escape the heat and horrible stench that is when i saw multiple rats running around playing on the mattresses which were on the floor and railings of the stairs. And in the morning when i checked out they had the audacity to ask me for my reason of leaving i politely said its the bed bugs but I was again met with a snarky reply. So here's my review of this place. Ps there's a mobile tower at the top. And room 590 is hell.

This hotel is very bad, full of bedbugs and cockroaches, no water. Bad experience.Service was horrible, it was beyond pathetic what can I say. When i complained about the bed bugs and lying dead rat the staffs we're ready with snarky comments , Manager Biswajit worst attitude I ever saw in any service sector.

Both AC and Non AC rooms available. They provide utensils costing 20/day. Water supply is also fine. But only thing that irritated much are the bed bugs. It's horrible😱. And baby cockroaches here n there. 😭

We asked about the bedbugs before checking in and the denied but the rooms were full of Bed bugs, cockroaches and lizards!! Got bad allergies and rashes due to the bed bugs and dirty bedsheets!

Only go there if you can live in peace with cockroaches..because the rooms are full of them. We opted for a three bed room, the room was quite spacious and the windows allowed cross ventilation so we liked it. However it was only after a few hours we started noticing the cracks in the wall and the cockroaches moving around. Gradually they increased in numbers and we lost our appetite for eating anything since it had become impossible to the ensure if they had not touched the food! So overall traumatic experience. We literally had to pack our bags within 30 mints and shift elsewhere. Oh and my mother was complaining about bed bugs as well..although I didn't find it. Pros: Good location, lift, spacious rooms Cons: lots of cockroaches and bed bugs, thin walls allow you to listen to people farting in the adjacent bathrooms

Location is good , electric back up good, lift is provided . One can also avail gas and water from them. But there are lots and lots of bed bug which actually didn't let us to sleep even for a single night.

Most unprofessional staffs. Do not bother to pick up reception calls and speak to clients. We booked one room on call and reach there early morning to find the hotel shutter is down. Called manager multiple times, but the drunk manager blocked the number everytime we called from different number. Pathetic experience.. Worthless staffs and hotel. Needless to mention, you will find all rooms infested with bed bugs.
