I stayed this hotel one day . When I early check-in they charged 600Rs... I was booked Non AC.. Room is okey.. for the tariff.. but fan speed not enough.. bathroom lock not locking properly.. old bathroom..self not available in bathroom. But location wise is very good accessible near the new bus stand..

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The only positive about this hotel is its proximity to the new bus stand. Beyond that, it lacks even the most basic amenities. There is no water heater, no kettle, no WiFi, just four walls, an air conditioner, and a TV. (superior room) The cleanliness was also very poor. Both rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bedsheets and bathroom had a foul smell. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. Despite all this, I booked a superior-type room. See the photographs for how superior it is. The Hotel charges ₹2240 per night, which is completely unreasonable. You can find far better accommodation nearby at a lower price. Definitely not recommended.

Location is good and lot of eateries, tea shops, hospital (poranai hosp), etc rooms were decent and like lodge elevated. The receptionist was having attitude like he is doing a favor to me and was not at all welcoming

Just opposite to Tirunelveli new Bus stand, clean and spacious rooms. Amenities are provided. Spacious parking. Good service person for room service. They don't have a restaurant but lots of restaurants are just outside the hotel

The reception person on Sunday, Aug 17, 2025, was incredibly rude and treated us like we were staying for free. Because of the appalling behavior of the reception staff, we strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Best hotel for staying with family . Staffs were very supportive and helping with all the things. Great amenities and ambience. It was a pleasant stay

Best hotel. Very neat and clean. Affordable. Easy for commuters to travel to various places. Various restaurants located near the hotel. So various options are available to choose from. Well behaved staff. I checked in early in the morning (3:00 AM). The check-in process was smooth.

Hotel Venkateswara is an average place to stay, but it’s well-located right on the highway and opposite the bus stand, which is very convenient. They also have ample covered underground parking, which is a big plus. The room itself was basic but fair for the ₹2000-ish price we paid. However, it could definitely be better maintained. The bathroom, in particular, was shabby and not cleaned properly (attached pictures speak for themselves). There's also no hot water, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel does have a lift, which is a convenient feature, and the staff were really helpful and nice, which made the stay more pleasant. Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and bathroom maintenance. Would recommend for a short stay if you need a budget option, but don't expect anything fancy.
