RAJAN'S RESIDENCY

I recently stayed at Hotel rajan’s residency rameswaram on 30-9-2024 room number 110 and unfortunately, my experience was the loss of a gold ring that held significant sentimental value. During my stay, I took extra precautions with my belongings, but despite this, the ring went missing. I reported it to the front desk after checkout, but the response was underwhelming. The staff seemed indifferent, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported. The hotel itself was decent in terms of amenities and location, but the lack of proper handling of my situation overshadowed any positives. I expected a level of professionalism and empathy that just wasn't there. While I understand that accidents happen, the management’s response—or lack thereof—was disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I want to give zero star. Room stinks and bed cover looks very bad. Door handle is broken. No ventilation. Bathroom worst. Don't book this hotel. Look for other hotels nearby

The bedsheet is wort. Recommend people best not to come here. The bathroom space is very small, you cannot move your hands meanwhile

Rooms is good.... Temple Near by hotel..... parking available...24 hrs time in Rooms...cheep and best Rooms rend....Good response

This is a tourist's worst dream. Right from the road accessibility, staff behaviour, stinking rooms & washrooms, clumsy & stinking corridors.

Worst hotel in the world service are worst bed sheet and pillow cover are worst they are rude to use we are stay in the room for 3 days it is stink
