Please don't choose this Building (just building only ) The office guy was cheating us. While calling they ask the room is available and forward location to us. And we reached the destination afer a long travel (about 100 KM ) and that guy not taking the phone and one care taker told that no room is available. We never witness such irresponsible business deal and irresponsible team. Please don't go this building

Literally not a hotel it’s like a lodge with Lot of bugs and cockroaches are in every room. Not maintained well and smell also very bad. Management have to look into this and improve the property which is in prime location. Very bad experience

One of the worst experience ever.Very old property, no neatness, not hygiene, irresponsible about the guest needs and comfort. Better to go for any other option.In same price better hotel can be chosen.

We stayed in this as it was nearer to a wedding hall. Rooms are very small and not much walking space. Airconditioner took 15 minutes to make the room feel better. The cost of the rooms are also "Very High" as there are much better Hotels with less price available within another few Kilometres. The Worst Part is as claimed in the web "No covered Car parking" is available and we have to park in the Roadside only. Overall, it's not recommended for a family to stay here.

They told covered parking is available while booking the room but after reached the venue, telling us to park the vehicle on the road. The employee's behaviour is worst, I got my advance money back and stayed in a different hotel.

The worst stay ever. At first, the owner had locked the property and denied us the check-in. He didn't allow us to sit in the reception area, i was traveling with my family members and was looking for a rest, after traveling for 8 Hrs. He gave us rooms after the intervention of goibibo agent. The rooms were in a pathetic state. no cleanliness at all. Bath rooms are shaby. The room wall are dirty with no waterproofing and are badly damaged. no room service was provided. No complimentary water too. In toiletries they gave only one soap of 5 Rs. Geaser was working in one room only. No parking was provided but, in the catalog, it mentions that they provide parking too. worst staff.

The rooms were good. But the electronics didn't work really well, which was a major inconvenience in 45° heat.

My sisters wedding was in Madurai recently. We booked 10 rooms! Before a month we came and gave advance, that time this manager and staffs said car parking is available and you can park the vehicle inside and they behaved very well like very polite and kind but the day we came they made us to park the cars outside the compound wall area of this Kala Bhairav not inside the parking area and the rooms were not maintained properly. This manager and staffs didt even behave properly and they were totally opposite and very irresponsible which I never expected. My guest started questioning me I felt ashamed! I had valuable things inside my car, how I can park my vehicle outside when there is a parking available? My sisters wedding was there I didt argue but I requested my guest to adjust and stay and I shifted myself to another place to safe my sisters valuable things.
