Nowadays this lodge room is not looking good, NO neet and clean, toilet not good even lock not working. Bed and bedsheet are very bad.

this was worrest service,Service was bad, motor repair-no hot water supply, bad warer suply,not given water bottlesand soaps,bad fans, dull bed materials, irresponsible staff, no parking,not comfortable beds,too old building,price is more than 3 star hotels rate, not working TV,not given remote for tv etc.

On September 10, 2022, I stayed at this hotel and was given a room on the fourth floor. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one is the worst I've ever experienced due to the employees and ambience. The rudest guy I've ever encountered in a hotel is a man by the name of Bala who works as a receptionist and attendant. After seeing the temple, I returned to the hotel and tried to use the lift to the fourth level. When I asked Bala, a member of staff, he said that the lift had become blocked and there was nothing we could do. Up to the fourth floor, you can walk yourself he said. Seriously this is how staff behave with customers. He spoke to me in a very obnoxious manner and lacks basic customer service skills. I paid 1000 rupees for a room, but there was no hot water, no TV, no lift working, and the mattresses were filthy and covered with hair. Not even 500 rupees is worth the room. Please, at all costs, avoid staying at this hotel. If there had been a 0 rating option, I would have used it.

This is the best ever worst hotel ever seened but cost is 900 for single but if you speak 700.i stayed but the toilet never been cleaned in the life time. Please must avoid this one.

Service was bad, motor repair-no hot water supply, bad fans, dull bed materials, irresponsible staff, no parking, too old building, not working TV etc. I'll give you an idea to make services better in a budget hotel. Get the owner number, talk to him before booking the room in way the stay to be pleasant. Simultaneously tip the staff so they take care of you.

To stay for a quick shower it is ok. To take rest for hours, better to reconsider this choice. Not suitable for Families. Bed and bath not maintained. Quality is definitely cheap, Price is not cheap to the value, 1 star for the location near to railway station, temple, Periyar Bus station (restructure in progress).
