Lakshmi Residency Hosur

We stayed at Lakshmi Residency last week during my sister’s wedding, and the experience was shockingly bad. Right from the moment we entered, we were made to feel unwelcome. The front desk staff started counting us in front of everyone as if we were trying to sneak people in, treating us like we were uneducated or trying to cheat them. It was insulting, especially when we had booked multiple rooms honestly. Their so-called "rules" are extremely rigid — only 2 people allowed in a normal room and 3 in a suite room, which is already inconvenient for families. But even worse, when my husband came for just 15 minutes to refresh and change, the front desk person started shouting at us, saying things like “If you bring 10 people like this, how can I allow everyone?” — completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Even though only 2 people were staying in that suite, and it was well within their rule to allow a third, he still created a scene. When I tried to politely explain that it was just for 15 minutes and we were going to leave shortly, he kept shouting instead of communicating clearly. Only at the end, he said we should’ve "taken permission" — something he never mentioned earlier. If that’s their rule, it should have been explained at check-in, not screamed at guests later. To make matters worse, we checked in around 2 PM, and when we went to refresh, one of the rooms didn’t even have water. When we asked about it, he again started talking about rules instead of fixing the issue. He even argued with the bride, which is something no hotel staff should ever do. Overall, the staff has no understanding of how to treat guests with basic respect. If you're coming with family or for a special occasion like a wedding, please avoid this hotel. They will make your special day stressful and unpleasant. There are better, more professional hotels in Hosur.

The rooms are very clean and neat. The service provided by the owner is good. They are concerned about women safety and security. They took care of like their own family member. Thank you making me feel safe during my stay.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel. The frontdesk people and owner also talking polite and asked customer's requirement. Good view of National Highway. All facilities available near hotel like, Bakery, Hotel & Super Market also located in same building ground floor. So easily will purchase the snacks and cool drinks.

One of the worst hotels I've ever seen. The price is also too high. I recommend not going to this hotel. Reception people are so arrogant. The hotel people are treated very badly. If you want to go to this hotel you might be facing some issues.

Yes.. It's very beautiful n nice hotel. It's brand new one. Very recently completed... It's very close to Hosur Market n all. There is a super market too on the ground floor.. For emergency you can get almost all items like provisions, snacks, pulses, etc etc.. Almost all items are available here... I just had a lookout.. Not gone around fully. Even ice creams🍦are available here... Those who are staying in this hotel can get snacks n all for emergency.. Evening snacks.

Lakshmi residency is a wonderful place.rooms are very clean ,safety parking, with nearby hotels ,staffs are helpful....this hotel performs an excellencent job over the residence
