HOTEL ANANDHAS INN

Very poor service. Don't care about customer. I visited on 15th November 2024 on a business trip and booked one room and checked in late evening by 8PM. I paid in advance on reception and put my bag in room and went for dinner. I came back at 9:30 PM and then I noticed that the AC was faulty, I informed reception and requested to change the room as AC can't be repaired in night. They denied and I spent night without AC. Staff was very rude and the manager told me that they will give me discount on my next stay... Means I have to visit again from Delhi to Hosur to just get the discount...

Room ambience is excellent. Well maintained clean place. Free WiFi with good speed. It would been A1 if the food supply was in same campus. We have to go to next building all three time, where the variety was not that great. Its on main road. So access to other nearby places is very easy. Easy & fast check in and checkout process.

This Hotel is located near to Hosur bus stand in prime location. Car parking facility is available. The restaurant is downstairs. Rooms are neatly maintained and a toilet kit is available with two towels. I give two stars only because of their Hot water facility. They mentioned hot water ll be available only from 0600 hrs to 0930hrs. I stayed for some early morning function and it was cold outside, requested them for hot water, they refused to provide the same even with extra money. They forced all of us to take a bath in chill water @ 0430hrs. Management should look into this hot water facility(basic facility for standard hotel) because we book rooms paying for our convenience.

Excellent place to stay. Only minus is no complementary breakfast . Good location , Great co-operation from the staff. Some of the rooms are done have windows, you can't wait their without lights. There is no online generator facility. It takes few minutes to switch on generator more. If you stay at rooms without window, you have to be in full dark mode. children will scare of the situation. There is no in-house food, at least tea. They are not serving news papers. am mentioning the minus first - let the management understand the users difficulties. Other then the above everything is excellent. Service boys are good, every day they are mobbing the rooms. very good place to stay.

Stayed there in November 2022, Rooms were neat and clean. Close by the main bus stand so accessibility is very easy. Parking is available and staff is very good. Overall, I had a nice experience.

Super clean rooms. It's my second visit this year to this hotel. Would recommend it for business, family and bachelors travel
