Staff is too humble and respectful, which was the only best part. Rooms are the worst part. AC Room is 1500 per day, but the taps in the bathroom won't work. No hot water. I asked them twice and then they got me hot water in a bucket. Madhavi Grand Inn is better. You rarely get rooms in Hotel Seven Hills.

They are charging for non AC is 1000,which is not worth. washroom isn't clean,mirror isn't clean,shower damaged.. . . The main reason I was just late for 1 hour from my checkout time the manager call me and saying come soon or He will throw out my luggage out of the room. Also I am ready for to pay extra charge for my extra hour from my checkout time.

A budget hotel for family. big double bed and one big single bed, rs 1800. Soap not provided in wash room. Good room service. Good food from nearby restaurants. Walkable distance from railway station. Nothing more to mention.

Better try other hotel no proper maintenance wash rooms are durty tv will not work ac water will leak inside the room from in door unit, ac out let you find in washroom on top your head, water leak from out door unit also. Carry extra slippers to walk in side the room.

Not worth the money I spent. Due to weekend demand had to pay 3k for this lodge. Room size was very big & can accomdate 5. Horrible was the rest room. I have never seen such a poor maintenence by any hotel.

This place is okay but rooms clean and spacious. Parking is available. Wifi is not working. Mosquito bites are high. So carry your medicine. All amenities are good. Food is good and tasty. Staff are friendly.

jagan on his visit to markapur he stayed here,located on main road away from town towards svkp college has normal and air conditioning rooms prices are same all over town with little difference of 10% which we can negotiate, tv was damaged,this is ok ok lodge. 247 availability washrooms were okay not so hugenic, easily noticable from road dont has a restaurant but near by restaurants available
