Very humble behavior and understanding land lord. my friend from Bangalore visited us during durga puja and I booked him room-2 had an amazing time while his stay. Thank uncle for treating us like family

Worst Experience in my life, and the behaviour of that old man is horrible. Toilet, Bedsheet, Room not clear. Service is pathetic. If you don't have any other option near Santragachi Station then you can choose it .

This is a lovely place to stay near santragachi railway station. The owner and the managements are very friendly. I will be returning to stay again in future.

Don't go to this place unless you have no other choice.Rude behaviour from the owner and it doesn't look like a proper hotel.No support staff, no room service or hospitality.

Very bad hotel...bedsheets are not cleared I think 10 years ...an old man at the reception very bad behaviour ,,,room like dustbin ...Bathroom is like dustbin...I prefer to stay at station than this hotel...room price is cgarged 1000 but refused to take via online due to income tax.I think some complaint may be done at consumer affair due to its bad room service
