Hotel Gokul Palace

I booked for an event. After being told repeatedly they not turned on AC after that Ac not working properly.Owner always interrupt during programme. After event completed they demand 1000 for cleaning. Totally bad experience.

Totally waste of money. Not cooperative. Behaviour of owner is very bad. In this price customer can get much better than this. Totally worst.

Rooms may seem clean in the first place but in detail you spend 5 Minutes you can see mice and cockroaches everywhere. Staff are rude especially who does the day shift. Arrogant behavior with zero service nature. My booking was for 8days with 4days advanced payment booking and the hotel staff kept asking for a ₹20 water bottle payment just the day after I checked in. They don't even give complementary water for daily use. My company booked the hotel for me but upon complaining and further by my company they broke into my privacy and framed my room with spoiled garbage even an empty whisky bottle in my dustbin. During my complete visit I often give them the key to clean the room while I was in work but they just sweep the floor and do the bed nothing else leaving the room and bathroom dirty. The staff especially the day service person and even receptionist are completely unprofessional. I have stayed in many deluxe to super premium hotels but never felt so embarrassed, unsafe, violated and unhygienic. I am also adding photos and videos so that they cannot deny my claims.

I stayed for 8 nights in this hotel . It was a great experience , staffs were tooo good and very helpful. Location is perfect , infront of this hotel bus stand + taxi stand is there . After crossing the road you will get subway to railway station.

They don't clean blankets. It may cause you skin itching or rash.

I stayed for 3 days,very new hotel opp to station.They should start room service basic tea coffee etc.Front desk ladies were warm and helpful to outsiders.Clean rooms, android tv ,wi fi is excellent.I highly recommend if late night arrival of train it's better to walk down to this hotel rather than spending hefty amount on ola,uber,prepaid taxi. Wish all the staff and owner of Gokul palace all the very best.rgds Rajesh kaul
