Hotel is pretty nice and clean. The hotel staffs are very good in their service. Easily noticeable from station.Beside these the rooms and the bathroom are a bit small and the shower water gets into the room due to the fitting of the bathroom gate. They also provide delicious food. Note:- couples with Local ID's are not allowed.

Decent place with decent rooms. Should pay more attention to receiving feedback about cleaning. When I told the Manager to clean a sweat/ spilled fluid stain, off the couch he did not care enough acknowledge it. A hotel should be quick to attend important feedbacks about cleanliness. 3 stars only for the ignorance.

The area around the hotel is very noisy and not so clean. Rooms and food are good. I think it is not appropriate for family stay. In amenities, basic thing like toothpaste (worth 5 rs) was not provided and we had to purchase from outside in the morning.

It was my second day in the hotel, the staff refused to serve breakfast having it inclusive in my payment. The staff here is very rude with no manager from the night till 10 am in the morning. Just a single person stays at the hotel who doesn't responds well and is equal to no one staying.

1.KITCHEN service needs to be improved & expedited. 2.Morning tea service has to start at least @7am instead of 8.30 am. 3.Centre service table and chairs needed in room service. 4.The bed in room no.104 needs attention to make noise free. Otherwise, it's good place to stay. While transport /conveyance woos is a matter of concern also.

I will not say it one amongst the worst but I will say this hotel worst ever seen by me in terms of services. However interior of hotel was clean but the area surrounding is full of filth. In addition they don't have any customer friendly attitude. I may like to put 2 incidents, first time I asked for tea at 05 pm but refused by the ground that kitchen is closed now and will reopen at 6 pm and when I asked to bring from outside for my ailing wife a flat refusal was replied. Secondary when I enquired about taxi service for Airport at 02 am they replied with flat refusal and said that in this area no taxis ply in the night. Due to this I have to leave hotel at 12 in the night and waiting for my flight at Airport with my ailing wife. Sorry, I don't know how to pen down my grievance.

HOTEL CANCELLED ON DAY OF CHECK IN !!! I booked the FabExpress Vinita Welcome for my parents well in advance and even called the Fabhotel the day before to confirm the reservation and informed them very clearly that they would be checking in after 6 PM since their train would arrive only then. I was ASSURED that the reservation is confirmed and nothing further was needed from my side. I made sure I heard this correctly since my parents were doing a very long journey. Less than 2 hours before my parents reached the hotel, we got a notification that the booking was cancelled by the hotel! I called and asked for a reason but apparently this hotel does not really understand the concept of customer service. Lets face it, no amount of "we are sorry" and "its not our fault" is going to fix a troublesome night where my parents had to run around trying to find alternate arrangements- this after a 36 hour train journey! Be wary and plan to keep a back up hotel in case you decide to book at this hotel.

Good service. Staff is good however you will find mosquitoes in the room and toilet. Hotel location is good because Santragacchi railway station and bus stop is on walking distance. Overall nice experience!
