HOTEL SAKET

One of the most ridiculous & third grade hotel in my entire life journey till today. They say it is 3 star hotel but It doesn’t deserve even 1star category with illiterate people.Dharamshala are much more clean & better than this hotel. Rooms was average & didn’t provide blanket after asking they denied to provide it. Reception person is arrogant asked him for drinking water he denied with useless harsh comment & don’t have manners to talk with Coustomer. Lift operation person is illiterate & room staff person are chatting with bad words even in front of women. Please never book this hotel. Washroom was so unhygienic & smelling like a hell.I have attached pictures .

3rd class hotel near Howrah. I don’t suggest anyone to take any room here, you will regret, mark my words . The rooms are dirty . All staff are very greedy about tips. People at reception are very rude and pathetic behaviour. Once they take your id proof they don’t have courtesy to remember to return back to customer. They had forgot to return our addhar card, on calling them to return it, they show arrogance to come and collect and they not do anything. The person at reception spoke very rude and bang the phone. I had to finally send someone and get it collected. If you are with family don’t even bother to go there . They charge about 1800 for a small standard room with dirty bathroom and pathetic staff behaviours. I would rate even less than 1 . Will never recommend anyone. They font disclose their names as well, which is strange.

Located just opposite to the Howrah Bus Stand. 3-4 min walk to Howrah Bridge. Reasonable price. Building is very old, hence the rooms are basic. Staff behaviour is ok. Overall a good deal with respect to the location and room size.

I have stayed in the hotel on Dt 22nd May 2024" with my family, and friends. So I have booked two room at reception counter. Firstly I have been charged over priced for the two room (Rs 3000 for two non AC rooms). Which is actually high in considering rooms condition and services. Secondly the man who operates the Lift is unprofessional and having a lack of respect for others . during Lift movement. he doesn't give any space/ side to others even also for ladies to stand in lift smoothly.This guy intentionally put his shoes separately at side of this small Lift and himself stands at the center portion of the lift with a not good intention. I hv planned to stay for 1night but after looking all I changed my mind and left Hotel Saket within 5-6 hours. Saket hotel management please look in the matter seriously.

This accommodation is no less a scam. I had some work nearby that area so decided to stay in this hotel. I took room no. 203 (single room with attached bathroom). Initially they said room rent as 600/day... At the time of check-out they flipped and was asking Rs.800/day. I have never seen such frauds in my life.

Good hotel with deceny service.... Location is good and accessability to transportation is also good..... Room are decent enough but bit expensive at price...... Service is good and timely available

As compared to its rate rooms and surroundings are worse. I was staying from 17 to 19 nov 23 at room no. 302 and the rate offered to me was 1350 for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom sink was overflowing and and mug for washing was broken. Pillow was as it is never washed or changed from its origin. Please have a look at my pics and video to believe .
