Worst hotel I have ever seen, I recommend never book it from any online booking apps as it is non refundable and at the time of checkin the hotel staff will deny your entry. The hotel looks very shady, very dirty and very unprofessional staffs. It will give you vibes of chawal.

I stayed with my female friend here for almost 4 days... Everything was really good. We felt safe here. The staffs are good and friendly and the room service was also on time. We ordered dinnet and water bottle in our rooms and we quiet like the services... The best thing about ourKolkata trip is this room... Thank you Akash 🌻

The worst hotel I have ever visit in my life. It can be said that lodges would be much better than this hotel. Entire room was having putrid smell. No cleanliness, worst bathroom I ever met, bed rolls and pillows we're dirty and used ones. No changes even after saying. Old style lodge type rooms. Entire bathroom was dirty with stains and spots. All water outlets, whether it was faucet or shower, all were totally chocked. Buckets and mug kept we're very unhygenic as having mucus grown over. You have no option to take bath. It's doormate was heavily dirty. And list is many more. Staff behaviour was such a reckless. Water bottle provided was self filled tap water.

If you’re halting in Kolkata for one night like me and are looking for an affordable hotel near the station then kindly do not select this hotel. All the reviews are true. Location is exactly in middle of a fish market, dirt and smell, the staff in the hotel including the managers don’t know how to behave, they will argue with you if you question them regd. The cleanliness. The rooms are third class, stained bed sheets, towels and the washrooms are in a broken condition with very minimal water supply. As a female traveler I felt very unsafe in the premises. The people are creepy . Better stay at the Railway Ac Dorms than come here and have a nightmare of an experience.

The room was good they charged me 1350 rs for single person AC room the room is enough for a single person. Food available but it's ok ok . Near by you have small resturant that are better. Railway is like 10 minutes walk away.

Location is not good, due to vehicals sound of 24 hours, can't sleep properly, Also Azaan started very early morning at nearby place it's not a comfortable area to stay and sleep at night. Very small TV, which is not working. Bathrooms are not clean. Hotel is nearby fish market, not so clean area.

Place is not so great, if you looking for longer duration find something else. Bar also available but girls not available. Room are messy and no hygiene. You will regret to stay here.
