Good rooms but Dinner buffet was costly at 1600+ taxes. Although when I changed the package and add dinner buffet in Room tariff then I got it 1000+tax. But hotel should consider to reduce buffet cost under 1000 which will be at par with other good hotels

Hotel is quite good. Property is neat and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is well spread and varied. Service staff led by Mr. Kundan is doing super service and is stupendous. Takes great care of every minute things. Special mention to Ms Kavita who puts her smile before every task and gets the work done in no time. Very special to be mentioned here is Mr Kapil also who makes you feel homely, special and greets with warmth. He gets extra mile to make you feel satisfied be it getting made special dish or refilling of delicious food. Kudos to the complete team working out there !! Masala Tea made me its fan!! Too good it was.

I had visited Kumaon Cafe, the staff is very good, I liked the services there, all the staff are Well Trained, Polite & Courteous, special mention the name of Riya, Kavita, Kapil & All! well done keep it up. Taste of food is superb. Services provided by Mr Kapil has been outstanding. Managing team under supervision of Mr Praveen has delivered and shown excellent management and leadership. Room is foud neat and clean.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Rudrapur and had an excellent experience. The highlight was definitely the restaurant staff, who provided exceptional service throughout my visit - Mr Kapil, Mr Kundan, Miss Riya, Miss Kavita and Miss Simran. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to ensure my dining experience was perfect. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. The ambiance was inviting, making every meal a pleasure. Overall, the combination of top-notch service and quality cuisine made my stay memorable.
