OYO Hotel Pearl Inn

Not recommended. This hotel is fake, It's scam. Online you'll see very low price but when you book hotel and try to check in they will denied your check in by saying that online prices are incorrect. If you want to stay you have to pay extra. Don't fall for it...there are better options to stay in rudrapur. And the prices asked are double the amount of what is showing online.

Not a good choice, rooms are not cleaned. Dirty towel, bedsheet. Food quality is also the worst. Even they don't know how to make Tea and Parantha.

So I have booked through Oyo but he refuses to give me room .His behaviour was horrendous. Oyo had given me refund .but he was so disrespectful

PATHETIC SERVICE BY OYO. The hotel denied check in stting that they have an ongoing dispute with OYO. We had made the booking with advance full payment. The customer service call didn't connect to any service agent of OYO and we were left high and dry at 11pm in the night without a hotel at an outstation. Moreover there is no option on OYO app for filing complaint of the booking as the booking status was showing Checked Out. I feel OYO has earned enough business and does not bother for their customers now. Therefor I strongly suggest everyone who's reading this review to refrain making any booking via OYO.

Its not a hotel, its a Paying Guest accommodation, when i entered in the room it was not clean the hotel did not clean the room when the earlier guest checked out and gave the room to me. The rooms are not having mirror anywhere and the bed sheets were also not clean, in breakfast you will only get aloo paratha. Not the place to stay even not for 1 night, better look for some other option then to stay in OYO. The only good thing was that Gurudwara was next to this building.

Nice rooms, well-mannered staff and very good service. The location is very good. The quality of the food is also good. Overall it was a very good experience to stay with such a budget.

Room allotted was way too small.. very clear in images shared.. no lift.. starts from 1st floor.. food is outsourced but ok in taste.. but available till 10 so plan accordingly for food qty.. after a hectic journey i was too tired to climb stairs but they insisted to climb further to check room..
