HERITAGE PALLAVI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pallavi Heritage. The property is an old palace converted into a hotel, and it beautifully blends royal charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and carry a touch of history that makes you feel special. The location is perfect – close to the ghats, temples, and the main market, yet peaceful inside the property. The restaurant serves delicious Indian and continental food, and the staff are always smiling, polite, and eager to help. A special mention to the front desk team who made my check-in smooth and guided me with local tips. The lush garden and poolside area give a refreshing feel after a day of exploring the holy city. I also liked the cultural vibe of the hotel, which adds to the true Varanasi experience. Overall, it is an excellent choice for families, couples, and even solo travelers who want comfort with a heritage touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! ***

The hotel is beautifully located and a pleasant place to stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. We arrived around 8 PM without a prior booking. Unfortunately, the check-in process took quite a while, and the staff didn’t seem very welcoming—no smile or greeting. The room cost was ₹2,800, with an additional charge for a child over 5 years old.

Very bad service. Staff was not at all supportive. Very bad response. party organise ki thi bola kuch aur kia kuch bahot bura response kia inlogo ne aur I highly recommend not to plan any king of marriage party, engagement party even a small party should not be organize here. This people are not at all cooperative. Very bad , worst experience.

Location 👍 The rooms provided were old, but the service makes up for it. Every single thing inside this hotel is designed very well, which reflects its old things and gives some different unique designs. Hospitality is good. The staff are amazing and helpful, extremely polite and well.

Very good staff And rooms both!!! Near to Kashi Vishwanath temple. Staff is polite & prompt. My finger got cut when I informed staff they immediately got first aid kit for me. Room cleanliness is very good. First after Chk in when telephone was not working in earlier room they immediately provided us new room. Overall very good experience!!

I had a terrible experience at Pallavi Restaurant. The food served was of extremely poor quality — it tasted off, and shortly after eating, I started feeling unwell. I’m now suffering from food poisoning and strongly suspect they used expired or spoiled ingredients. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous to customers' health. I will never eat here again and urge others to be cautious. This place needs to be investigated for food safety violations.

The ambience, staff and food is of very good quality for sure. It would be even better if there are different sections made for veg and non veg.

great stay.. and all the staff very friendly.. ms darshika at counter was very nice.. the hotel it’s self is awesome! it captures the essence of the past while not compromising comfort.. would reccomend..
