HERITAGE PALLAVI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

I along with 20 Members visited Banaras in the last week of January, 2025 and booked 08 rooms. Due to service, staff nature and location, I like this hotal and stay many times from the last 25 years. I personally thank to Mr. Krishna Singh for timely help for my group in each and every time during the stay.

It is heritage hotel near to Kashi Vishwanath mandir and other historic sites also since it has marriage convention centre it becomes crowded and noise music but rest of it is okay

It's very too good to stay at this palace, darshika is best receptionist in varanasi, i very much recommend this place to stay in kashi, very near to all the temple, best stay i found in kashi ,har har mahadev ❤️🙏

Good and comfortable place to stay at Kashi. It's one of the old palaces that the king used in his erstwhile kingdom that is now converted into a hotel. They are renovating some of the old rooms, that are not yet available for booking. We booked a regular double room at 3k including taxes. Its a big property with ample space to walk around. Near to godowli chowk. So, reaching the main temple of Vishwanath is no problem at all. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, they have their own kitchen with reasonable prices for all items. The food is extremely delicious. Throughout our stay we had food from their restaurant. The housekeeping staff was very helpful with everything we needed.

Worst hotel to stay at ever. No one imo should book this hotel. We made entire payment for the booking and when my parents reached the hotel at 3 AM in the night, they said that the booking is cancelled. It's not because we reached late because we had already informed them about the train timings. They didn't care that where would someone go in the middle of the night and even after full payment that we made one month in advance they cancelled the booking. And over and above this they had the audacity to back talk and be rude and illogical with us. The reception desk people are the worst here and probably the most disrespectful people I have ever met in my entire life. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is very beautiful and is very good in terms of design. Every single thing inside this hotel is designed very well which reflects its old things and gives some different unique design and the view inside is also very good. Can you follow us on Instagram? Technical Neeraj etc
