I wish I could rate them negatively, what a waste of money! Please take your business somewhere else. Not worth it at all. I was denied my stay in Feb even though my room was fully paid and booked well in advance just because I went through a third party website that they told me was not acceptable, why would I receive a confirmation in the first place? Lost my money and time, What a complete nonsense! It was me and my mom and they took advantage of the situation and long before we were there our room was already given to someone else for a higher price as it was busy season for their business.

Its awesome property in this budget range. Very polite and co-operative staff, aloo partha in breakfast was too good. Very clean rooms and premises. Enough parking space.

Very bad experience. They are still renovating and the work is incomplete. There were many issues, like no water supply for the entire day. They expect guests to be out during the daytime, so most of the renovation work — including water shutdowns and demolition on the upper floors — happens then. There was constant noise, mud on the floors, and it was not at all peaceful to stay here.

The room booked and the room that was offered was different and we weren't informed until the following issues were found in the room 1) Extremely Dirty Blanket (Hidden in the cupboard and was asked to use) 2) Room roof filled with mosquitoes 3) Dirty Bathroom, with a water-dripping mat placed outside the bathroom 4) Just before going to sleep, we checked for doors and windows to lock and found a hidden balcony which was open and could not lock the door, when opened the door the balcony was filled with used cutlery with old food in it, most likely used by the previous guests! when we called and informed them, they came to our room and instead of apologizing, they said why did not you check earlier! Because of these dirty cutleries, the mosquitoes had doubled! 5) To get rid of the mosquitoes now we had to ask for some more help, and they gave Mortin repellent which was of no use, later they got some sticks to burn, but still no help and post that I asked for the mosquito bat and I took 40 mins to kill all of it in the room and go to sleep 6) The dust on the fan was so thickly coated we were scared to use the fan at night as it could fall on anyone anytime 7) Morning just before leaving the room, baby cockroaches were coming out from the mattress 8) The Place is far from the main temple and no mode of transport available, at least walk for 1 km to find a cycle to take you to a point and again take some busses and change again. On the map it will show less KM but it is too far and took about 2 hours to reach the Ram temple They did apologize but what is the point in hiding all the good rooms to themselves and giving such filthy rooms to guests?

Excellent and pleasant stay…Rooms and washrooms are very clean and spacious. Staff behaviour is polite..rooms Sufficient space for parking...Big size washrooms..Breakfast available in hotel.Poha , Poori sabhi,bread butter, milk ,cornflakes,fruits,coffee/tea etc are very delicious…pleasant stay..best hotel for family…

I booked this hotel recently. I had a great experience there. 1. I booked for a wrong date by mistake and the order was non cancellable they helped me to shift by 1 day. 2. Their staff behavior is superb. I infact left my airpods there and I called them after leaving ayodhya they helped me in parceling it and delivering to bangalore. 3. Their parking is ultra safe. 4. Based on the price it's value for money.

I have booked a hotel for 1 day and we were 2 females. The staff were very unsupportive and their behaviour was very spooky. They have arranged a cab for travel and then the cab driver left us on road and asked extra money. The hotel staff tried to manipulate and asked us to pay the cab driver. Hotel amenities were good. The staff were not at all friendly. Recommend to book cabs or autos by your own.
