Cygnett Collection KK Hotel

Cygnett hotel is excellent. Newly build. No negative point to explain. Besides the hotel , restaurant on 3rd floor is even better. "Shiv" is thorough gentleman and excellent host. We had both dinner and complementary breakfast. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service. Front desk ANCHAL has been extremely courageous knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast and dinner - food tasty nutritious and serving staff prompt. One suggestion - provide air fresheners in washrooms. Install extractor fans in was room.

The property is conveniently located near the airport, but we encountered some hygiene issues during our stay. In the first room we were given, we noticed water leaking from the tap onto the floor when it was turned on, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned (there was leftover urine from a previous guest). Additionally, the water bottle appeared to be only partially filled, suggesting it had not been replaced after the previous stay. After raising these concerns, we were moved to a second room. While the pillows were comfortable and fluffy, their cases were not clean, and the quilt cover was fresh but not the quilt itself.

Ambience and service is outstanding. We have been served by Nikki and Himanshu they both were very friendly and always at your service. It was tremendous experince for us. Indeed we would like to visit the restaurant again. Additionally, great place for parties and Espresso is worth trying.

Everything is excellent, food is delicious & staff is cooperative. Reception is also cooperative. Room is hygienic & clean. Staff is cooperative & supportive specially thanx to restaurant manager & staffs to provide Jain food. Overall is good

Had part of my wedding at this place. The front end staff including Khushi and Rajkumar ji were really helpful and ensured that the guests have a memorable stay. The food was really good and the arrangements were top notch. Would definitely recommened.
