Hotel O KING PALACE

This was the worst experience I had with the Oyo till now .Very poor management and they don't understand the online paid bookings. When I checked in and said them that my breakfast is already included while booking.they said you will need to cancel thay as it is not profitable for them and they will not provide that breakfast.If you need then I will have to pay for the breakfast which is as per their restaurant menu card. Room photos shown on the Oyo website are very fake. Room walls are smelling and washrooms are also not clean. There are lots of mosquito hanging around this area.I asked for any mosquito repellent which also they denied it. Don't think of choosing this hotel at all.

Worst Oyo experience, ever very bad parson who take care this hotel I booked it's by Oyo app paid full payment even paid for breakfast and AC room but they demanded 500 more and said we can not give you AC room you have to pay otherwise do whatever you want to do go for it and said we do not give the breakfast worst hotel not provided towel soap anything. These kind or hotel can bad impect on a reputed company Oyo have to delist this hotel.

Worst hotel as whole night mosquitoes bite me. OYO didn't return my payment as the hotel owner took again payment in cash despite of my prepaid advance booking. Hotel owner replied that I don't know who is OYO. OYO kindly return back my payment as none of your grievance cell is picking my call since the last one week. Help me

Rooms are good and lights inside rooms are also good But staff should be improve how to talk and behave customers.. and almost everything was good and manageable there...

So cheap bathroom not clean not appropriate no food available very imp things hotel making fool us because this hotel not in tajganj agra even outer from main market so please be aware no food no transportation facilities please avoid book such type of hotel

Stayed there for a night tough the location is bit inside but it's very near to main Fatehabad Road..Good budget hotel
