I had a truly satisfying experience staying at Hotel Goyal Hoteliers.From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and well-organized.The staff greeted me warmly and even helped carry my luggage. My room was ready on time and was extremely clean and fresh.The bed was comfortable, and the bedsheets smelled freshly washed.I was happy to see the bathroom spotless, with hot water available 24/7.Wi-Fi speed was excellent, perfect for checking maps and making plans. The AC worked perfectly during the hot afternoon, keeping the room cool. Room service was fast and they always responded politely.The location is very close to the Taj Mahal, just a short drive away.There are local eateries and basic shops nearby, which was convenient. The hotel also felt very safe and secure — especially important for solo travelers. What impressed me most was the quiet, peaceful environment inside the hotel. It’s a perfect place for families, couples, or even business travelers.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra and looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to stay.

Absolutely nothing special about this hotel. Evening desk attendant started our stay trying to over charge me some Rs. 1600 for two rooms. Luckily, I was able to pull up the correct rate from the hotels own website. Funny, but I believe I got the exact same room as the gentleman whose review was just previous to mine! Moldy walls, broken toilet seat, broken room furniture. Sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the previous guests as they were full of hair and stains. So dirty, they happily changed the entire bed coverings out without any argument (indicating they were all too aware the bedding hadn’t been changed). Despite this being at 11:30pm (a clean room from the start would have been appreciated). Be weary, especially of room 210, which seems to be where they put most guests. Our other room had no towels and wasn’t in much better condition. Surely you can find better for the price. Not a 3 star hotel but closer to 2 star.

Disappointing Stay Had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Samovar in Agra. The room was not clean at all— stained bedsheets, and an overall musty smell. The bathroom was even worse, with broken taps and poor drainage. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay

Very poor hotel, rooms are very unhygienic, smelly, shabby, bathroom fittings doesn't work, AC doesn't work, non cooperative staffs they don't listen to your complaints and very smartly they ignore it. Overall advised not to stay in this hotel even for an hour.

DO NOT BOOK. Please do not book. The rooms are horribly dirty and not maintained at all. The staff were friendly but their boss was horrible. He was just yelling around obnoxiously. I would not stay here even if I got to for free
