Worst Service. We booked their hall for a party. They served starters for a very limited time ( hardly guests noticed that there were starters) and dinner was served very late. Guests had to wait for long. On top of that the owner was very rude and shouted at us ( including ladies) when we pointed out all this. He was drunk and ruined our function. Never going to book their banquet hall.

I have booked their Party Hall, resulting in the wrong decision for me. As on the venue, the staff's service was appalling, and the hotel owner's behavior was completely unacceptable. He was visibly drunk on duty, which is inexcusable, and he behaved inappropriately with female guests. This establishment is not recommended for any bookings, especially for party functions. The overall experience was marred by the unprofessionalism and misconduct of the staff and owner. It's crucial for management to address these issues immediately to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Hotel owner is a very unmannered person. In between our function, he came drunk and started fighting. Also their staff is also very rude. They stopped serving snacks very early and delayed dinner as well. Some of our guests had to go without eating anything because of their mismanagement.

This is a classy and charming place. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast was as I would expect in a top hotel.

I wish I could give zero stars, but have to stick with the 1 rating here. We hosted a family function for 50+ folks here, and that's the latest thing we've been regretting. The owner is a drunk maniac, who drinks every night, and indulge in banter with its guests. Food service at this place is pathetic, while the taste is ok, but by the time there will be food on the table, you would have lost appetite. And god forbid if some dessert is finished up in the buffet, you would have to argue with the Drunk Owner to get a refill. The maniac will come with 5 different arguments in 5 different loud tones. If you are stuck in a similar situation, I would suggest you to skip that dessert than arguing with the owner. After all drunk people are hard to argue with. This guy in particular will cook-up 10 things in his mind to win an argument and will blast those at high volume at you and your family (including women) spend more than an hour to deny you that last piece of 'shahi-tukda'. In our case, we resisted very hard to not beat this guy up; who in their sane mind would like to start a fight with their family around.

Service is very poor staff's behavior is very arrogant as well as owner's behavior is very rude. Owner is fully drunk at the time of our party time. He misbehave to the guest as well as lady ladies.
