HOTEL ENROUTE TAJ

This hotel is only 200 meters away from Taj exit gate. You should take the hotel since I stayed there. Staff and owner were polite. As for the hotel room service. I didn't enjoy much the food or snacks. But room was nicely clean and Air conditioning was working fine. You can find good non veg options nearby. Follow for more reviews. Thanks

Hi Oyo please remove this hotel from your list as this hotel is not available in Agra. I roamed like hell to check my time got wain. Even given contact no is fake. Pls check before you add the hotels to your portal.

Most pathetic hotel. Just checked out after an hour. Rooms were full of bugs, and old dirty bed sheets. No help received. Owner or manager is not a good person. We didn't even asked for partial or full refund. Don't stay here for even free. Big mistake to book here

The service is very bad even the staffs are not that good with communication. -The Foods costly, I ordered Aloo paratha and there was hardly any aloo in it, even the Google can't find it.. Lol, -The toilets weren't cleaned. And before using the toilet I flushed it and someone's product flushed back -And the bed sheets were all stained up, Mine bed was like some couples went there and had their things.. And their results were all on the bed.. And the staffs were like nothings wrong with the stains.. -Each room has a window to the walking area whish whatsoever done can't hide the 100% privacy of room - The TV wasn't working nor the remote HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, even 1 star is a lot to such hotel

The service was not as per the standards of Oyo. 1. The hotel name is different then what we booked for. 2. Room was not as per the service looking for. 3. There was no cleanniness in hotel room, food service and bathroom was dirty with hair clogging and ciggerate butts. 4. Overcharged for water bottle then the MRP

Very bad experience, at first it couldn't be said as hotel and have two names for this hotel(enroute on app/royale inn at place).I had booked for AC room but later when I reached here,somehow it was showing non AC and charged more for AC. After midnight they switched off AC and also geyser wasn't working, when I called them then the appliances started working. Room was dusty and uncleaned bathroom. I asked to clean but got a reply that it is clean. Don't fall for the cheap price it doesn't worth for that price too! While checkout he insisted me to give my phone to him for checkout procedure,I showed him its already checked out but he took my phone, as he was trying to rate himself for the experience. Literally i have to snatch my phone back. Never visit here, I had booked on very short notice (9pm)so couldn't read the other people reviews, otherwise I would have opted for other hotel.

Good budget hotel choice with clean rooms and helpful staff. Just a few minutes distance to Taj Mahal. Call helpdesk if Air conditioning stops working they will help with turning it on.

If you ever want to feel that you made a biggest mistake, than book this 3rd class hotel. The bugs, the dirty bed sheets are waiting for you. And ofcourse the con staff. Who just want to take more money from you without providing anything
