OYO 9629 Pearl International

Rooms were bigger than other hotels, staff did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay, breakfast was fantastic, 5-10 min walk to Taj, would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone wanting a quiet room with no monkeys (other hotels in the area have monkeys on the balconies).

Not a pleasent stay...Hotel room was so dirty and smelly...washrooms are soo much smelly. There was no geyser. So hot water comes for just 2 hrs in the morning. What ever price you are paying for the hotel you get the same room all rooms are same(dirty).AC is broken or not working. Location is nearby taj mahal but hotel is surrounding is also so bad. Although hotel staff is co-operative and theydo what you ask for. Brkfast was fine. I don't suggest anyone to opt the hotel.

Never ever book this hotel. A big Nooooo. If you visit Agra and book this hotel for staying. You'll find you have no energy left for travelling after fighting with the hotel staff for getting the basic amenities. After checking into the hotel I had to fight almost three hours with the hotel staffs, MakeMytrip and OYO to get the basic amenities like towels, toilet kit, water bottle etc. The list of unavailable things are much longer than the available things. If you book this hotel, book at your own risk.

Most awful hotel. Got a room with leftovers of previous guests. Bedspread pillows dirty. Hair on pillows 😫. Restaurant pathetic. My friends room AC stopped working including TV remote. Enough said. If anybody wants pathetic staying experience plz come

No hot water. No water early morning. Unclean rooms, very poorly maintained. Not worth the money. 1 point because it's at a walking distance away from Taj Mahal entrance.

No lift facilities for upper floors, there is only a narrow staircase to reach upper floor. Poor facility for heating, there is heaters on every room but its not working at all.

Do not expect anything... This Hotel have nothing which I can talk about... Hotel owner is a Gundaaa and policemen disturbs .... Not good for friends or family .
