MD 9 Star Hotel

Pathetic service! AC without remote, dirty bathroom, broken flush, and jet spray not working. Complained multiple times but no response from staff. Felt like they don’t care about guests at all. Worst stay ever, Not worth even a single star

Just one word. Horrible ! Broken taps, dirty rooms, filty towels and Ignorant staff. They give you cash receipts and illegally collect GST on it. They will sell you 20 Rs water bottle at Rs 30. No cooling nothing. Not acceptable at all !

The hotel is in shutdown condition, they dont offer quilts in ac room only bedsheets are given, no ac remote to control the temperature, also take very long in delivering the food.

The hotel is very reasonably priced ( I think we got a special deal as we'd made friends with taxi driver) |It's very central, and the manager Ashish sen was amazingly helpful with very good English and got us a cheaper taxi for the way back to New Delhi airport..|Ps|He brought us the best morning tea and toast we've ever tasted!! 😋

Service of this hotel is ridiculous their ac ,fan ,phn,even toilet flush is not working properly. Also there saff is very good they have no adicate how to attend the guest and the language (abusing) females are so so bad. I suggest not to stat in this hotel .

My stay was for 2 days but I have to shift the room after a day because the room, the linens, washroom, all the things that you see are dirty and filthy. The mattress had spring worn out and not comfortable at all. I had already paid hence he was not willing to give my money back so I had to stay. My brother came to meet me but they did not allowed him come to my room. The staff were very rude and misbehaved. DO NOT STAY IN THE HOTEL. Later I realised that it was only me and all the other rooms were vacant.

We have taken two rooms for one night at this hotel from 11th Oct to 12th Oct. Pathetic hotel , very dirty and very unprofessional staff. Only one cook in the hotel. Even he doesn't know to make soup. We have ordered Mancow soup, it was just boiled water with some choped garlic and no vegetables and they charged 170 for this. When I complained they told We can't cancel this and insist fto pay. After staying here I realized that wh6 only our rooms were occupied and all others room were empty. Very bad and disappointing service. As per my experience it's better to avoid this hotel

my personal experience was very bad.. hotel service staff were not good ... worst hotel ever i have seen. I would never come to this hotel again. The hotel room rent was too high according to the room. ....................................
