NillRating: -100 ⭐ (If possible, even less!) Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! The room had a terrible odor, and most of the light switches were broken or even burned. The phone was filthy and didn’t work at all. Cockroaches were roaming freely around the room. The water tap was rusted and unhinged, and there was no water bucket provided.also gutaka tobacco split also not cleaned. They don’t allow outside food, and if you bring your own, they refuse to give even a single plate or spoon. The actual building and rooms look nothing like the photos shared online — completely misleading! The hotel manager was extremely rude and arrogant. When I requested a room change and explained the issues, he flatly refused. I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel blindly — it’s a total waste of money and peace of mind.

Nill1. Rooms are quite small and a bit unclean. However all the basic amenities like AC, TV, Geyser etc. are functional. 2. They don't even offer free water. You need to buy it from their reception at ₹40/- for 1 litre. 3. The location is good. It is just 500 metres away from Taj Mahal's West Gate.

Nill"My stay at Hotel The First by Goyal Hoteliers in Agra was quite pleasant! The hotel's proximity to the Taj Mahal is definitely a major plus, making early morning visits very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief after a day out in the Agra heat. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready with a smile. While the area around the hotel is a bit busy, the hotel itself provided a comfortable and peaceful retreat. The food at their in-house restaurant was also surprisingly good and hygienic. A good option for tourists looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay near the Taj.

NillTerrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! My experience was extremely disappointing. I believe most of the positive reviews here are fake. I'm attaching actual photos of the room so you can see for yourself how poor the condition of this hotel is. The main door lock doesn’t work properly, and the other latches are broken. In the photos, you can see the towel they gave me – it was torn and filthy, absolutely unacceptable for use. The bathroom was in equally bad shape. The shower was barely functioning, and the main tap was completely rusted, as clearly shown in the photos. During my three-day stay, they did not provide a single bottle of water, even though it’s supposed to be a basic amenity. To make things worse, the security guard started begging for money when I was checking out – it was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I strongly urge you to look for other options nearby. This hotel will only give you trouble and regret.

NillNot worth it the price. The room was quite old and not maintained properly. If you see all the reviews, the only complaint they have was about the washroom, cleanliness and junk in the taps initially I ignored all those things, but it was all true. At the end it’s not worth the price if you get this hotel at around 600-700 rupees for a night the go for it or else avoid

NillSomeone from staff came to our room forcibly at night in the pretext of finding his keys. Later we found our car doors broken as someone or the same person tried to open our car and steal from it. We complained to hotel but they didn’t pay any attention not were they surprised. Worst experience of my life.
