My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards were abysmal, with poor housekeeping and a complete lack of maintenance. The room was dirty, and even basic dusting hadn’t been done. The bathroom was in a terrible state—fittings were loose or coming off, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water. After a while, there was no running water at all! The so-called “complimentary” 200 mL water bottle was merely for show, completely inadequate. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not only dirty but also torn, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel fails on every front—cleanliness, upkeep, and essential amenities. Definitely not recommended!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfort.

STOP! STOP! STOP! We had a terrible and horrible experience at this hotel. Wish I could rate them negative. The walls were damp and swampy, and there was a constant foul odor coming from the bathroom. The hygiene standards were non-existent, with cockroaches spotted around the room. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and behaved as though they were doing us a favor. Overall, it was a nightmare stay. I strongly advise against booking this hotel—YOU ARE BOUND TO REGRET IT!

Worst Service. More concerned about money rather than service. As per the amenities old rusty kettle was provided, Taps are not working properly, Toilet is not clean, Hair dryer was not provided. Food Menu's are very expensive. AC not working on the day of checkout and have to climb 3 Floors via steps.. Worst experience ever.

Definitely Not a three Star hotel, poor condition of AC , didn't even bother if its working neglecting it was the possible thing I can do. The switches were so damaged and fragile. The bathroom was so pathetic, the taps were rusted the bathroom wasn't maintained and was very smelly, I can only regret in booking this awful hotel.

Washroom was not clean. Bed sheet was also not properly washed. It an old property without any Maintaince done. It’s not worth booking following property. Gallery is also not very well lit in nights. Over all big no for this property.

Very bad experience. I recommend plz don't book this hotel through online and offline aswell. We booked through Make my trip. But we are disappointed. Neither rooms are good nor stuff. We called Make my trip but they refused to cancel our booking as per their rules, even they didn't give any discount regarding rooms condition. Also they wanted to compensated with a gift voucher of Rs.1800/- which is valid till one year. I am requesting all tourist plz never try to stay here. I am attaching some pics of this rooms. Plz chack it out once.
