The place was overall okish. The rooms were kinda clean and I was okay with it as there was markings or stane there. Had some language issue as I came from a different state. Idk if this issue is for the other rooms but my room didn't have wifi even after complaining multiple times. Restaurant is on the first floor and the food is good 👍. Will I come here again? Yes, Should they fix their wifi? Yes, Should you come to this hotel? Yes or no, depends on your trip or work location as I think the location of this hotel is good for my work.

This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere despite being perfectly located within walking distance of the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making our stay feel truly special. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the excellent amenities available."

Best place to live in Sangareddy with neat and clean rooms and free Wi-Fi at very reasonable price. Appriciable basic conditions are maintened at its best. All staff is doing great job by taking care of the customers. Highly recommended to stay here. ❤️🙏2

Service is worst. The housekeeping will open the door without knocking at any time. Only advantage of the hotel is that it is near to iit. But I would suggest that you stay in hyderabad and take uber to iit which is a much better option.

I am Arvind Kumar Singh staying in the room no 313 in this hotel. But horrible experience :- 1. Cleanliness poor 2. Now power for last three hours. 3. No dedicated parking 4.Lift not working so can't go down to do anything as hotel situated on 3rd Floor. 5. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for rs 2500 not at all worth . Arvind Kumar Singh I checked out from this hotel with even more horrible experience. 1. Intercom was not working 2. Wi Fi not working 3. Complementary breakfast only one Dosa and four Idali for two persons. For tea asking for money. I have not experienced a worse hotel in this in this price range Rs 2500.00

1.Very poor service 2. In the name of complimentary breakfast they are fooling you: only one person gets a free breakfast (only one plate, any one item) 3. Prices are very high 4. Room key/ card was not given had to ask for master key every time we go out and come 5. TV was not in working condition 6. Bathroom condition was very poor 7. Lots of mosquitos 8. Our room was just opposite to reception, at mid night person at reception was playing a loud music so had to get up at the middle of night to tell him to shut it off 9. Unprofessional behaviour 10. No handwash in bathroom

It’s located on Sangreddy. Nearest hotel in IIT Hyderabad. If you visit IIT Hyderabad and want to stay then you may look in this hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff behaviour is good. They charged Rs. 2,000/- for single room and Rs. 2,500/- for double sharing room. Parking is available. It’s located on main market.
