Service is worst. The housekeeping will open the door without knocking at any time. Only advantage of the hotel is that it is near to iit. But I would suggest that you stay in hyderabad and take uber to iit which is a much better option.

I am Arvind Kumar Singh staying in the room no 313 in this hotel. But horrible experience :- 1. Cleanliness poor 2. Now power for last three hours. 3. No dedicated parking 4.Lift not working so can't go down to do anything as hotel situated on 3rd Floor. 5. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for rs 2500 not at all worth . Arvind Kumar Singh I checked out from this hotel with even more horrible experience. 1. Intercom was not working 2. Wi Fi not working 3. Complementary breakfast only one Dosa and four Idali for two persons. For tea asking for money. I have not experienced a worse hotel in this in this price range Rs 2500.00

1.Very poor service 2. In the name of complimentary breakfast they are fooling you: only one person gets a free breakfast (only one plate, any one item) 3. Prices are very high 4. Room key/ card was not given had to ask for master key every time we go out and come 5. TV was not in working condition 6. Bathroom condition was very poor 7. Lots of mosquitos 8. Our room was just opposite to reception, at mid night person at reception was playing a loud music so had to get up at the middle of night to tell him to shut it off 9. Unprofessional behaviour 10. No handwash in bathroom

It’s located on Sangreddy. Nearest hotel in IIT Hyderabad. If you visit IIT Hyderabad and want to stay then you may look in this hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff behaviour is good. They charged Rs. 2,000/- for single room and Rs. 2,500/- for double sharing room. Parking is available. It’s located on main market.

I would've given it 0 star if there was an option for it. 1) The price is really very costly for the type of services they are providing!! 2) Lift was under maintenance so we had to take stairs to take our luggage to the 3rd floor. 3) Bathrooms are really congested! 4)Power supply was continuously getting cut off A LOT of times. 5)There was no water supply for more than1.5 hours. 6)Water was being clogged in bathrooms while taking a bath, that too in such a congested place. 7) The staff are not professionals. The only good thing was that they have wifi installed in each room, that's it. If anyone needs to rent a room in Sangareddy, try other lounges ot hotels, they are really nearby hardly 1 minute far from this place but don't go here.
