Hotel Sitara Grand

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road and easily accessible. We visited Sitara Grand for a friend’s new business launch event — Step-IT, held at the Galaxy Hall on the ground floor. The ambience was really good, and the staff was supportive throughout the event. The buffet lunch was delicious, and the food matched the celebratory vibe of the day — simply yummy! Only concern was the limited parking space. Though there was a security guard, it didn’t help much, and we had to wait a while outside for our turn with valet parking. Overall, a great experience with tasty food and a well-managed event space.

Food in the restaurant is not up to the mark. We have asked for a special menu written at the entrance, but mentioned it was not available. Asked for rolls in the menu, they said no rolls available. Asked for nalli ghost Biryani which is on the menu, they said not available. Ordered gongura mutton Biryani. Tastes Good 3/5, but lack of mutton in it. Paid 520 for it, but got hardly 100gr of mutton in it which includes bones. Apollo fish is 2•5/5. Fish piece doesn't have flavours. Crispy corn is salty. Manchow soup can be thicker. Before we got the soup, we got an Apollo fish starter. The same is served after 5 mins. They gave welcome popcorn for kids which is good.

I generally don't review but thought of doing it, usually we dine-in here, they have increased the food prices by around 35%, this is very insane, earlier my basic bill use to be 1100 and today it was 1458, on top of it service has become worst and it was very disappointing. I promise I will not come here again.

The food quality has drastically decreased. Every item we ordered was neither cooked properly not tested a expected. The spice level was very high. Our event was spoiled and our health is effected.

Food at the Sitara grand Ashok Nagar has been below par. Even after we order for spicy food, chef added kashmiri chilli powder and gave it. Mocktail were worst, if anyone planning to order virgin Mojito better carry a bottle of sprite. Service is good. The orders taking person, when given feedback on the food. He says okay that's all and response on it.

Ordered mutton biryani 2 hours ago on zomato and I never tasted such tasteless biryani in my life and moreover I didn't get any mutton pieces at all, I got two bones . When you're fleecing customers with your prices you should also provide proper food.

Worst taste of biryani, heavy masala we didnt eat the biryani, too much price and less quality. Next not visit
