I attended a function in the ground floor banquet hall which has around 75 to 100 people capacity. The Breakfast was moderate. In the Lunch, baby corn soup was the worst and the rest of the Veg. items in the menu were okay to good. The overall ambience in the hall is good.

This branch of Hotel Sitara Grand is located near the BHEL circle. It is under the Dhanturi group of Hotels. Under one roof you have a restaurant, bar, hotel rooms and banquet hall. They have 2 air-conditioned banquet halls, one at the ground floor and another at the 2nd floor. The ground floor is for a smaller seating capacity while the one on the top floor has bigger seating capacity. Rooms are spacious when compared to other hotels and if you are booking a banquet hall along with the hotel rooms for a wedding ceremony or other occasions then you can negotiate the price with them. The room booking comes along with the complementary breakfast. I especially enjoyed the food at their restaurant. A must try dish is Crispy chicken, it is thinly sliced boneless chicken coated with perfect batter. Also must try the Malai Kofta, it's soft , slightly sweet with a rich white gravy. Especially senior citizens in your family would enjoy it. I can rate the dishes as follows Crispy chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Malai Kofta ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Apollo fish⭐⭐⭐⭐ Butter Naan ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Things they need to work on is the exterior of the hotel building which needs beautification. There is Valet parking available.

We visited this restaurant in Sunday 30th June. We ordered chicken and fish starters. We ordered chicken and fish biryani in main course. Once we reached home then the food impact was started. Me and my kids suffering with vomitings and motions and my wife suffering with rashes due to the food which we had in this restaurant. Please maintain quality in food, don't play with customers health. Atleast elders can survive if something happens but it will be difficulty for kids. My both kids are not well and they are taking medicines since last night. Still not cured.

We ordered a mutton biryani from sitara grand Ashok nagar branch by Swiggy We didn't get gravy packet we are very badly disappointed & this very bad service 👎 we paid the bill but you make it cash and sleep happyly , itd very shamefull

Attended a post-wedding dinner reception here on 11-Aug-2024 hence this review only pertains to their banquet hall and catering services. Convenient location, spacious area, polite staff, good choice/range of dishes served for dinner - both chicken & mutton varieties were tasty.

Today I visited sitara grand ashoknagar for breakfast at 9.45 AM . To my surprise everything is not available . No serving staff. Everyone is busy in some other things . They said only dosa and poori available. After ordering they are saying it's not available. Day by day sitara grand ashoknagar is becoming worst . No proper staff No proper food . Quantity and quality of food is decreased . I would suggest sitara to close this branch If it's not properly operational . I always used to belive in dhanturi group but this branch is not upto the standard of other branches . #worst experience # worst food # worst service # worst management # worst branch
