I had a very bad experience with this property. If you book online, they will not allow you to check in and will demand extra money. It is a complete waste of time, and the experience of waiting at the reception while contacting customer care is extremely awkward. The unprofessional behavior at the reception further adds to the frustration. This property should be blacklisted from online booking platforms. I do not recommend it at all.
