Townhouse 1438 HOTEL RIO

Giving this rating was tough for me but the experience I had makes me give this . First of all to start with, owner and staff are friendly . Location is great ,rooms are clean and cozy .. but I had to give this rating due to some much delay in handing over the keys , no water at all in washrooms in 2 out of 3 rooms that were allocated to me . That day was a very important day for me which was messed up due to no water in one side of the rooms . Seems like they know there is some issue in those rooms based on the way the room cleaning guy spoke .Spending that amount on rooms with no water made me frustrated..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service

Worst experience. Staff is so rude and Even after booking confirmation, They didn’t show availability of that room and asking us to pay 200 more per night more. If they sent booking confirmation, and can’t able to allocate that room then they should bear that responsibility. How they simply ask guest to pay extra?
